There is no way on God's green earth this is a four star hotel. From the moment we arrived we ran into problems within our rooms. The air conditioning in my room was broken - I went downstairs to inform reception, and they sent a 'technician' who tried turning it on using the remote control. Unsurprisingly to nobody, it did not turn on, at which point he turned to me and said "No good". You don't say, mate. He said he will come back tomorrow to fix it at 08:00 - he never came back. I informed reception again of the problem and they said they would send somebody to fix it, yet this never happened. Next door, in my mate's room, there was a strange odour. It was as if something had gone off within the fridge. The door to the veranda wouldn't lock, so I yet again informed reception, the same 'technician' came along and he said "It doesn't lock". Yes, that's right, they cannot be bothered to fix it - goodness knows how long it has been like that. This isn't a door to a balcony, by the way - this is a door to an area ANYBODY can access. This was especially problematic considering my room did not have a safe, so I had to use the safe in my mate's room. Reception had the cheek to attempt to charge us to use the safe - under normal circumstances I probably wouldn't have cared, but when they didn't even attempt to fix the back door, that was just a bridge too far. Also, the safe wasn't screwed down - I was able to pick it up with my bare hands. Absolutely extraordinary. The TV in that room wouldn't switch on. The remote control was battered and taped back together. We transferred the batteries from the air conditioning remote control into the TV remote, and that appeared to fix it, but then it just stopped completely. Breakfast was absolutely dire. I don't really have much more to say about it. We suffered through breakfast there on the first morning and decided to go next door to the Dominium cafe for the next three days, where breakfast was excellent. My advice to anybody looking to book this place is quite straightforward - just book somewhere else. Book a hotel closer to the beach, and do your homework because it would appear star ratings in Morocco are all over the place.

Suite au séisme à Marrakech j’ai demandé un remboursement à l’hôtel et c’est confirmé. J’attends toujours mon remboursement.

Hôtel propre et agréable

Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo anche per le persone alte. Le pulizie venivano fatte al mattino ( noi uscivamo sempre abbastanza presto). Colazione varia ed abbondante, personale disponibile e cortese. Uniche due pecche la cattiva insonorizzazione della porta di ingresso alla stanza ( proprio a fianco al letto) e il bagno un po' datato, ma comunque pulito.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie nella suite junior dal 5/11/23 al 12/11/23. L'ho trovata eccellente sia come ambiente che come pulizia. Siamo stati benissimo, letti e divani comodissimi. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ritornerò.

Ad integrazione del post di titti Alessio aggiungo che : 1. Accoglienza: le valigie te le porti da solo in camera 2: c.d. Cena Ristorante pessima in locale triste e vuoto 3. A richiesta di cambiare le lenzuola sporche di “rosso” ci portano lenzuola pulite ma il letto lo abbiamo preparato da soli : 4. Infine, ma è nulla …. , Quando fai la doccia il bagno si allaga perché lo zoccolo non è sigillato con la doccia.

Sono arrivata da 4 ore circa. Mi assegnano la stanza n.1 non lavata e priva di asciugamani. Puliscono ma quando entro mi accorgo che il bagno è comunque vecchio, l’acqua non scorre bene e su questo c’è poco da fare. Mi fanno vedere altre stanze ma la situazione è analoga. Rientro in stanza e mi accorgo che un asciugamano (tappetino per doccia) è sporco, nero direi e sono costretta a richiamare la reception. Ed è un 4 stelle!! Il mare è distante circa un chilometro e l’albergo non dispone di una parte di spiaggia riservata a mare (come altri alberghi che, comunque, non sono sul mare) ..quindi chi viene qui deve essere attrezzato di ombrellone, lettini e teli del mare. Non ho ancora cenato .. non posso che incrociare le dita.

Veramente Hotel molto bello, adatto anche per famiglie con bambini, camere a forma di mini appartamenti, con cucina attrezzata, bagno, doccia, balconi vista piscina, salotto e camera da letto. Piscina per piccoli e adulti compreso il prezzo.....personale simpatico e disponibile

Buona posizione e angolo cottura in suite molto conveniente. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il personale delle pulizie. Sono liberali con la candeggina nella pulizia quotidiana (tanto hanno macchiato la mia valigia con il loro flacone spray). L'hotel non ha tappeti, piante, decorazioni nei corridoi che lo rendono piuttosto austero e un po' come un ospedale molto sterile. Piscina molto bella - il personale ha solo bisogno di spazzare e pulire le foglie e la spazzatura intorno alla piscina più frequentemente a causa del vento che soffia la spazzatura.

Mi piace quanto sono grandi le stanze e ci sono opzioni per cucinare o meno. La camera viene pulita ogni giorno. Tuttavia, la fornitura di articoli da toeletta deve essere richiesta. Rumoroso anche la mattina

Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.
