DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL on Trip! Front desk staff did not accept prepaid checkin voucher when I arrived. It took several minutes, a call to Trip and much discussion, showing of documents and receipts, until clerk finally called senior staff. Poor training? Maybe. Rude and unpleasant? Absolutely! Apologetic? Definitely not! Last time I will stay here no matter how I book.

Great place by the airport. The woman at the front desk was particularly awesome.

第二次入住。房間依舊很好。而且這次入住發現洗衣和烘乾機都是免費使用的。但是酒店早上的機場送機服務很差很混亂，把給我預訂的出租車給了別人，然後酒店臨時花了20分鐘叫車，不僅機場lounge沒去成，飛機都差點上不去。如果以後趕早班機，絕對不能用酒店的送機服務。

Неплохой вариант если нужно переночевать перед вылетом. Номера большие, есть кухня.

Wonderful staff, very friendly check in at the front desk. Clean, new hotel. It's in an industrialial area near the airport so there aren't many dining or shopping options. Room was great and included a kitchenette. Thanks

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and a courtesy bus is provide at no extra cost - a genuine bonus! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was a little busy but that's a matter of timing!

One of the cleaners (I did not get her name) was an absolute gem. She was there for Wednesday and Thursday of my stay and unfortunately did not see her again. Excellent customer service.

Loved the spacious suite however, the fitted sheet had a few yellow stains. The friendliest staff around.

Congratulations on some good ideas mainly the safety features in the bathroom Safety bars in the bathtub!! Excellent Grounds keeper was shoveling the snow. He was extremely helpful great advantage to your company!

Good airport option with breakfast included. Check in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. We had a kitchen but didn’t use it. Small pantry store off reception with frozen meals you can purchase. Bed was comfy. No noise from outside even though it is next to the highway and across from the airport. No airport shuttle but they cover the cost of a taxi. There are 4 hotels next to each other but only one hotel has a restaurant/lounge so there aren’t many eating options within walking distance. A bit of an adventure getting to the hotel from the airport - not a direct line and through the industrial area that surrounds the hotel. But good once you find it. Lots of free parking.
