Everything was tidy and clean. Staffs were very helpful. They even added my WeChat and provided restaurant and spa recommendations. China has improved so much over the years. Will come back for sure.

New and nice rooms and very good buffet breakfast. Not much around the hotel by way of malls or food. The food streets and sights are all at least a 10-15 min taxi ride away. Staff are enthusiastic and proactive but not experienced. I asked the concierge to make a dinner booking for me but he looked surprised like he had not been asked to do this before. I had to explain to him how to do it - ring to check with restaurant, book and then call me back to confirm. .

Beautiful hotel with almost everything you need ranging from swimming pool, gym, spa, bar and a bakery. Newly refurbished and clean! Lovely destination for those who wanted a weekend retreat!

During the New Year trip to visit relatives. The hotel has an elegant and comfortable environment, first-class hardware facilities, and a very rich buffet in the morning.

汕頭目前最好的酒店，入住前客服小姐姐會貼心地瞭解我的入住需求，不僅贈送歡迎水果還幫忙升級了半海景房間，第一回入住酒店有提供這樣全程服務的客服小姐姐！前台Mia服務也非常專業！細緻地安排房間還贈送吧枱的軟飲兩杯，真的是人還沒入住就驚喜不斷哈哈！ 同時必須給萬豪點贊贊，除了優越的地理位置，整體景觀不論是城景海景都高大上之外，房間硬件設施也很可人，空間大布局好靜謐性佳 唯一讓人覺得不方便的就是客房的電梯無法直達地下停車場，而且沒有看到具體的標識指引，幸虧我沒有帶大件行李

我們是入住3618 3619房間的住客，入住當天前台盧小姐mascal十分熱情接待我們，在我們沒有提及的情況下，主動幫我們安排房間升級，且安排在隔壁，給我們造成了很大的便利，貴酒店有這樣的員工真的很不錯，服務態度也是一等一的好，必須給五星好評
