My favorite place to stay is on Beijing Road. The hotel offers the best night views of the river from the room. I love all the amenities provided. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist, Huai Ye 淮叶, for her excellent service, which went above and beyond, making our 4-night stay truly wonderful. She provided us with warm and exceptional service.

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay in Atour S. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro stations (Line 2 and Line 6) and Beijing Road (the main shopping and restaurant areas). Room was exceptionally clean and service from the hotel staff was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Excellent service provided by the (morning shift) front desk staff Ms Huai Ye (淮叶). She met all of needs during our 3 nights stay in Atour S Hotel. We had a Amazing experience staying here. We will recommend this Hotel to family and friends coming to GZ. The room is clean and the view of the riverside is Awesome !! This hotel is near to famous beijing road and very convenience to get food and shopping. 👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰

The AC is controlled at 22c. Can’t adjust no more. Very warm in the room. Informed staff to refill shower gel, called a few times from room but did not come at the end. Location was basically opposite 天字码头. 10mins bicycle ride to Beijing road pedestrian street 北京路步行街. One good thing is they have laundry room and laundry service. Just bring clothes down to the laundry room, inform them about your room number and staff will return with folded clothes hanging on your room door.

This is a nice hotel , nice view , delicious breakfast and good location easy to go to shopping but don’t have noise disturbs when you sleep. People here also very nice help you to solve the problem. If I have a chance to come back, I will visit here again. 🥰🥰

Stay 4nights here feel happy. Free water at lobby. Free laundry service. At 2-3 floor, there are a very famous chinese dimsum restaurant. Must try! Nice riverside view. But the wooden floor inside room , they too old. Need replace new wooden floor please!

Good view when upgraded to wharf facing room. When I didn't pick my food orders, they sent it via a robot to my room without me having to request. Good service as a whole including the reception and house keeping team. The night porridge was a good offer included but it always ran out of stock fast. Hotel need to ensure a kitchen crew is there to observe for top up requirements. We love staying at this quiet and beautiful spacious room with walking distance to main pedestrian street.

Excellent front desk customer services. Staff was very helpful and polite. We checked in late after midnight and was allocated a small squashy room, although we pre-booked early and also called prior to inform of our late arrivals due to the flight schedule. However, this was immediately rectified after speaking to the front staff the next day. We were then allocated a more spaces room with water views. Staff attending the laundry room was very helpful, and they even delivered our cleaned clothes to our room. Buffet breakfast is the norm as with other hotels. Walking distance to Beijinglu and metro. Overall, good stay at the hotel.
