La struttura è nuova, molto pulita e con ottimi servizi. La nostra camera superior aveva una grande finestra con vista sulla città. La camera era molto ampia e il bagno pure. I soffitti sono solo un po’ bassi. In camera c’è una macchina da caffè nespresso con 2 capsule al giorno a disposizione e un bollitore con 2 bustine di the. La camera veniva riordinata ogni giorno e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di lasciare le nostre 2 biciclette in custodia nella hall. Unico difetto che ho trovato è che a colazione hai a disposizione solo una bevanda a scelta tra the, caffè e latte. Non avendo finito di mangiare abbiamo chiesto un refill ma ci è stato negato. Suggerisco all’hotel di rivalutare questa regola. Altra cosa che ci ha lasciato un po’ delusi che per colazione hai a disposizione una scelta fra 4 piatti ma non c’è nessuna opzione per chi è abituato ad una colazione dolce come alcuni turisti stranieri come noi. La qualità era comunque molto buona. Intorno all’hotel ci sono alcuni negozi, una lavanderia a gettoni e ristoranti molto semplici. Noi abbiamo optato per comprare qualcosa in negozio

Love this hotel! It's modern, quirky, clean, good breakfast, spacious room and service was so warm. I booked the deluxe king room for 3 nights and it was spacious and clean by my OCD standards. The bathroom was also big and I love soaking in the bathtub. The toiletries like shampoo and body wash provided were very good too. Breakfast was a highlight for me as it wasn't the common, boring hotel buffet. I chose a different breakfast set for every morning when I checked in and I was wowed by the freshly prepared, beautiful and delicious plate set on my table every morning. Kudos to the chef for being creative. I also tried the slide from the 2nd floor and it was funny for an adult since I stopped moving in the middle and had to push myself down. Absolutely love this hotel and was sad when I had to leave.

The design aesthetic of the hotel was fantastic! Extremely clean rooms and friendly staff. Really loved the free bikes they offered for rent. Breakfast was extremely good, and they catered to my request for a vegetarian meal. Location is quite central as well, within walking distance to Taichung TRA station and calligraphy Greenway.

Superb stay at the hotel. Great service, special facilities which includes a slide, cozy corners, quiet places which were clean and amazing. Breakfast was amazing! Not a buffet, but chefs will cook up a fine dining-esqe meal for breakfast which tastes amazing! (be sure to order 1 day in advance at the front desk, receptionists will remind you - so that they can prepare a table and your choice in advance). Room was top tier, clean, bed was comfortable and has a unique theme which makes the whole hotel feel fresh

I stayed here for a weekend trip. The staff were helpful to have handled my online shopping transections and storages. Hotel is right next to busy street with night market / street side food stalls.

A well-designed hotel with an excellent breakfast

Great hotel with nifty and quirky amenities. Yiu need to ho down the slide just once. Location was excellent and the service attentive. The breakfast is novel, option C was my choice

Red Dot Hotel Taichung offers a stylish and unique stay with its creative design and central location near local attractions like Yizhong Street Night Market. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While the breakfast options are limited (but extremely tasty) and some noise may be noticeable, the overall experience is enjoyable and ideal for travelers seeking something modern and different in Taichung.

Very clean and modern in both our room and shared space. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nutritious and colourful breakfast included. Comfortable and spacious double bed. Only small problems are shower takes long time to heat up (winter), and soundproofing needs improvement (can hear other rooms’ water pipes). But overall is a very nice hotel, worth the money!

The hotel offer a parking space for you but is a few minute walk from the hotel. The street nearby have lots of food stall night time so is good if you need some food at night. Is quite close to the HSR station as well. The slide inside the hotel keep your kids or yourself entertain.
