Only downside is room light is too little, thus slightly dark at night. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I’m impressed with their service and attitude towards customer. The amenities was great, and with good quality. Near Beijing lu, best part is downstairs the hotel has Starbucks, and 4 mins walk to 7-11 and 2 mins walk to wanton noodle which is open 24hrs. Many food was open till 1-2am.

Location from the hotel was a slight distance from the train station and also the famous and buzzling Beijing Road. However, distance is not too far and it’s safe to walk back safely even it’s 11pm for a lady. There’s a 7-11 across the road and getting some snacks or drinks is easy. Hotel has a good pier view from some hotel rooms and from the gym. Staff from the hotel are very friendly and they showed care and concern when I’m unwell during the stay. They asked if the rooms needs to be tidied up, replenish necessities or items and some staff also extended their help by getting food for me. 予兮 also checked in with me on my condition to ensure that I’m well and showed care and concern during the trip. So thankful for meeting such a great person and not forgetting the Atour team too! You guys rocks!!

I was currently in China for 10 days staying at a different hotel, stayed in the first one for six days but I wish I had of changed hotels earlier. This hotel is amazing location great staff very friendly.  great view of the Pearl River from your room before the light show I’ll be back again.

Bathroom very small. First day after shower, the whole bathroom flooded. Told the front desk. Second day, slightly better but still flooded. Third day less flooding. The whole bathroom is needs a major renovation. Will never use this hotel again. However I must point out that the front desk staff are very helpful in terms recommending places to see, dine, etc

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atour S hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff, setting the tone for an incredible experience.

Good location as it’s very near the metro station (Beijing Road station) n the jetty for night sightseeing cruises. My husband n I enjoy the river view. Reception staff members are informative, courteous n helpful. Free laundry!😊

Love the location of the hotel, which was just one step away from Tianzi River Cruise.
Our staycation started on a good note as the service was good from the minute of check in.
It’s our 1st time staying in Atour S Hotel and we had an enjoyable stay.Bed was comfy and the room size was good. Their breakfast spread was good.
Their restaurant staffs are all friendly.Overall we’re happy with our stay.
Awesome room with river view and good location for the price,definitely a hidden gem.
The room was clean, very comfortable and the Front Desk staff Pang Ting was patient,helpful and thoughtful. Her service was excellent as well.
The hotel has complete facilities,they do provide free laundry service. It is a good choice for family trip.
Will recommend to my friends & definitely book this hotel again.
