I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because "the hotel is closed for the day". When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered "because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number". This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

Very nice staffs, great location with shopping centers and restaurants around, closed to night market. Free parking lot. highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Taitung for your vacation with your friends/family

Very good location . Just in front of the main bus station . Suitable for those who need public transport . Breakfast is so so n room is not very clean n slightly small .

Very good & clean hotel

隔音非常非常差，一天二十四小時車時不停，窗戶密封性幾乎為0，一整個晚上都帶著降噪耳機睡覺，還是會聽到一些聲音。 洗手間的淋浴位置只有一半擱擋玻璃，不知道是不是為了防止水濺出去，水流控制的很小，天氣冷的時候會感冒的感覺。 衛生也堪憂，被吵得睡不著早上六點起床，看到床邊爬上來一隻蟑螂爬到枕頭邊，瞬間驚醒。謹慎選擇吧。

距離鐵花村非常的近.逛街買東西很方便.八人房很適合兩家人.小孩玩鬧在一起睡一起。小客廳可以喝酒聊天，兩間廁所很方便。

飯店的地理位置位於台東市的中心區域，旁邊就是電影院，並且走幾步就可以到著名景點鐵花村，美妙歌聲不絕於耳，非常棒。

飯店服務很好，可在入住登記前寄放行李，但入住前需簽名「禁煙條款」（業者表示退房後會妥善處理），公設有投幣式洗衣機烘衣機、供飲料、咖啡，微波爐請先洽詢櫃檯，早餐為自助式（報房號即可享用）

住宿的位置就在鐵花村旁邊。 走路就可以到市區的旅遊點。 旁邊就是秀泰，購物也方便。 離夜市也很近，走路就會到。

這是第二次入住，地點就在鐵花旁，停車、購物、飲食都方便，櫃台人員、早餐均優，還附設免費飲料區，適合全家入住，若是有飲水機更優～

這次住在901，風景很喜歡，能理解因為日照房間會有些熱，但是有電風扇所以感覺足夠 房間的部分清潔程度可以接受，但是第二天早上有發現跳蛛在床上爬 早餐的部分該有的都有，可以吃飽調味也可以 飯店地點很棒，5/31入住當天的晚班櫃檯服務很棒

距離附近景點十分方便，尤其是在鐵花村很好逛，無論是白天或是夜晚都很好逛，各有特色讓你去發掘並與朋友分享！
