Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. they made all efforts to bridge the communication gap and had plenty of patience with my poor mandarin skills.

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

Get a river view room to enjoy the nightly light show along the Xiang River. Big rooms, good breakfast buffet, mall and shopping close by.

Everything was excellent. The room comes with a JLB music box, which I love because I like to listen to music from my phone. Nice touch!
