Il personale femminile era gentile e disponibile. A parte questo, è un hotel mediocre. La pulizia è discutibile. Mi stavo preparando per il check-out e stavo cercando le mie cose. Invece, ho trovato sotto il tavolo della spazzatura che non mi apparteneva. Non sapevo che fossero lì da quando ho fatto il check-in. Ho anche ricevuto un asciugamano macchiato, ma la reception me l'ha cambiato. Le recensioni positive sono una truffa. Offrono un ombrello o un power bank in cambio di una buona recensione. Quindi, se avete bisogno di un ombrello gratis, potete soggiornare qui. Il personale che lavorava di notte è incompetente. La prima notte dopo il check-in, avevo bisogno di un ferro da stiro, quindi ho mandato un messaggio alla reception a tarda notte. Mi hanno detto che l'hotel non offre questo servizio. Dopo essermi lamentato che fosse incredibile, il personale si è offerto di procurarmi un piccolo ferro da stiro, che avrei potuto ritirare la mattina dopo. Gli do un A per lo sforzo, perché ha comprato un ferro da stiro all'1 di notte. Ma il ferro da stiro che ha comprato era il peggiore che abbia mai visto. Non aveva la funzione di riscaldamento, spruzzava acqua e funzionava solo a temperatura media. Ci ho messo 40 minuti per stirare due capi. Il giorno dopo, ho chiesto un ferro da stiro alla dipendente e lei me ne ha portato uno! C'era un ferro da stiro, e questo dipendente non ne aveva idea. Che tipo di dipendente non sa cosa ha e cosa non ha l'hotel? Quindi, un posto mediocre.

If you don't care about being away from downtown, it's a great place to stay in , no noises what so ever , only classy people around you , you can walk to the shopping mall where you can find everything you need , the frot disks were very polite and helpful .

Room was clean and service was good would definitely visit again

Great hotel! Very clean room, daily cleaning, beautiful view of the river and the beautiful evening city. We had a rest with the family, the family was very satisfied. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel to stay in the beautiful city of Guangzhou!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment.  The room service was amazing. Room was very neat and clean with latest almost new interior.

First time staying at that place, got 3 rooms for 3 person so space was abundant. Daily cleaning services and room is clean.

Room is clean, location is perfect, the only thing need to be improved are the reception need to be more polite handling customer, it's not that hard to be diplomatic and polite.

Clean and good for the price perfect time in guanzhou

This place was really very nice. It was pretty far from all the main attractions in Guangzhou but it was very clean and modern while also being within walking distance to a few large malls and metro station. The customer service was also very responsive and kind. A very minor side note is that while there is a kitchen there is no cookware or tableware. So if you plan to cook your own meals its pretty much not possible. All things considered i would definitely come back to stay here the next time im in Guangzhou.

Walkable from MRT but if you are a tourist, it is far from other places. Rooms are generally ok but not as clean as expected. The aircons are not maintained and floors feels dusty maybe due to alot of construction works nearby. Staff overall quite nice.
