Overall solid, but a little bare bones. No slippers or robe or waters in the room. Felt like just two tv remotes and an empty bar fridge. Bathroom provisions basic as well. Location is convenient for the airport and getting places, but not much around the hotel itself. Breakfast was fine tasting, but the scene was hectic. Things were constantly running out, the omelet line was slow, and tables were mostly unclean and without cutlery. This may make it sound bad, but it was decently satisfactory

It was good, even when they dont have room service 24 hours or minibar, you can bring in take outs or deliverys.

Its a modern hotel with nice pool and staff. A bit far away from the city center but if you dont mind the rides its fine...

Hotel muito bom, 5 min do aeroporto, 8 min do centro de carro, índico!

Ubicado en un sector residencial, el paquete de desayuno alternativo es una excelente opción pero el servicio de limpieza de habitación no lo hicieron completamente todos los días

Hotel is in Crespo neighborhood- close to airport but short uber/taxi ride to El Centro. Hotel was clean - breakfast, food and drinks great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was very friendly. I was greeted every time I walked in. I traveled alone to Colombia choosing this hotel was a good decision felt very safe

The rooftop pool was very nice with a great view and bar. restaurant inside hotel excellent food and breakfast buffet was also great a lot of food to choose from.staff very friendly and helpful on finding things to do around property,transportation also was very convenient

The property was clean. Restaurant food was good. Also other restaurants nearby with amazing food but very noisy area. Dirty all around and what I’m assuming were local people, they will stare you down and try to sell you stuff. Outside of the hotel was scary, uncomfortable. But at the hotel, we felt safe. The staff were very nice, helpful.

I loved the swimming pool and great food at the hotel restaurant. Limited dining opportunities close to the hotel. Being close to the airport was great for getting a taxi at 4AM for our 6AM Flight. Hotel staff prepared a morning meal to go since we left before the breakfast.

Very nice hotel with good value for money. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Beds are wonderful and sheets are good. Just minutes away from the airport so ideal for overnights before early departures.
