位置位於老街上，應該是旅遊景點，酒店很漂亮，很乾凈，健身房很OK，出門有便利店和tacos店距離一家有名的墨西哥餐廳很近。總體滿意。推薦選擇。

Location, cleanliness, and professional help in all areas. I asked housekeeper to change sheets on 3rd day and she didn't.

Staff is courteous, facilities are in excellent conditions, centrally located, transportation available through hitel is very efficient and safe.

Needed in room refrigerator more towels bathroom to small coffee shop needs to upgrade menu

This Hotel is our go to place to stay in Guadalajara. The staff is excellent and the dining and bar are great.

El hotel y todos sus servicios y personal excelente. Pero alrededor después de las 6 PM es un poco insegura.

I liked it except when housekeeping didn’t change my bed the first time and pretended she did I had to call for her to change my bed there was a mark of soap still there that’s how I knew it wasn’t changed makes me think she does this often

Little bit noisie...

Had to get them to change the bedding because they weren’t clean. Otherwise the room was fine. The view of the city is great. The area is a bit sketchy at night but fine during the day.

Clean modern building. Very convenient. Close to the historic downtown with all the shops and plazas. Friendly helpful staff. Only issue is the rooms are noisy until late at night from street noise and the nearby bars. I think some face inward toward the courtyard which are probably quieter (or bring ear plugs). Main issue was no fridge in the room so can’t have a cold drink in your room after sight seeing all day. I guess trying to get you to go to the bar.
