Super nice view where u watch monorail by passes every day. Staffs friend especially the hotel bosses Mr & Mrs Khoa are so helpful in all aspect including give me a birthday cake during my stay. Btw all the photos are taken from the hotel site Thank you very much

We had a short, amazing stay at Joville. Good thing about here is that the sunworld fansipan is just a walk away. The fansipan train can also be viewed at their restaurant area. The staff are approachable and accomodating.

1st of all! The host or property will respond well and accommodate what you need . Location: Huh!!!!! You guys will not regret Price: reasonable Staff: ??? Ops! They will act fast. No doubt. I will check 1st with the property how I can accommodate.. the hotel itself is very good with mountain views. Yes, my time is after Thypoon so there is a slight nature change. Renovation and improvement matters are starting to do. The room is very spacious, the bed is nice.. Guysss!!! I don't want to say more. You just book and see their hospitality. Adios!! 😘😘😘😘

Wow! What can I say? First off, the owners - Chang and David. They are the best! They treated us like family. The rooms are excellent! We booked 2 rooms. One was right beside the pool with a train view from inside the room. The other room is at the 3rd floor, overlooking the train and other building of Sapa. The hotel has 2 service elevators, a children's pool, billiard hall, food was nice. Coffee was superb! David offered to drive us around town. We went to the Alpine Coaster and Cat-Cat village with him as our driver. Even offered to buy us coffee. Chang went over the top as far as serving us. She arrange our Fansipan experience, called the bus operator to arrange a pick-up right from the hotel on our way back to Hanoi. They even left us with a thank you gift. Would I come back? Definitely yes. Will I recommend it to family, friends and others? A BIG YES!

We tried to manage our booking 4 days ahead before staying at this hotel , but their phone number on confirmation letter was no longer in use or did not exist . After contacting Trip. com service we get the reply the hotel refuses to refund us

We booked 4 rooms, good size but a bit warm as no AC in the room; amenities was super basic, but with this price range, it is reasonable. Breakfast is good, awesome view too!

Smooth check-in process and great location for rest. Definitely worth it for the price paid.

Hotel is located at a very nice location. Staff is very friendly and the accommodation is very clean. Bc of the bad weather the pool had to be closed due a landslide next to it what was a shame but not to be blamed on the hotel.

We had a perfect stay at Joville. The staffs are very accommodating. It's also very close to the monorail. Too bad, the monorail wasn't in operation when we were there. Excellent cleanliness. They cleaned our rooms everyday throughout our entire stay. Free breakfast is also good. It was overall a great experience.

Really Bad i know you have policy about cancelation but i this is due to uncontrolled situation, you should be concerned about safety of your clients, roads are closed and flooded but you refused for cancelation and refund.
