Everything is good except the floor. Is dusty as you step into it . That isn't much issuebover it. The only CONs is the Whatsapp customer hotline will never get to respond or answered to your messages even after 3days when I checked out.

Definitely one of the best stay in Genting for an affordable price and also, love how they provide extra amenities like console game and inclusive a study room too

The front office does not have the bookings under their in house system, waited for 2 hours and require the client to contact trip.com. No complement end of the day
