因為怕冷所以預訂時，已經先讓確認電熱毯和一樓樓層，還是幫我們分配到二樓，因有長者不能走樓梯就幫我們換到一樓，結果電熱毯也不工作了，整個酒店都無法調整到電熱毯嗎？就是告訴我們衹有一條路就是給你多一個移動暖風機…這間入住體驗是我們整個行程中最糟糕的體驗

Again, this is not the new place, and it new better times, but it is very clean and well maintained. I checked in pretty late, and room was already well heated, which is helpful in winter. Room has everything you’d expect from motel romm, but everything is pretty basic. Overall good place for short stay

This is the best hotel i have ever stay in newzealand . starting from check in-check out everything was perfect. Room was so well maintained and clean with all the amenities. food and drinks was amazing. The best part was beach is just walkable distance .

Comfortable beds with lots of amenities in room. Prices were reasonable. In house restaurant and bar. Located at quiet place. Best for enjoy holiday. Very accessible to markets and other eateries. Friendly staff, very clean and gives a feeling of luxury hospitality.

Everything was really enjoyed, went with family for refreshment. Highly recommend place to visit. Friendly staffs and hygiene was top notch. Will be there soon. Nearby city too.......................................................

Notable Tours took 45 senior folks here for a couple of nights while we took in the West Coast sites. Wonderful staff from the moment we walking in the door to enquire. Helped us solve a few planning issues on the fly - very flexible and helpful. Buffet dinner in function room was a highlight.

Hotel is located out of the city of Greymouth so quiet and nice setting but you need a vehicle to get around especially if it is raining. Their on-site restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday so the closest option is up the block. Otherwise you need a cab or car ride.Rooms are spacious and well appointed but no elevator for second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!!

We booked our room at short notice; the receptionist told us that no rooms were available but on *********** there were! After some lengthy “discussions “, he agreed that there was a room free - which we took. This is a hotel totally oriented to large groups; I don’t recommend it for individual travelers. Clean rooms, but no charm, very limited service; triggers a feeling like in a train station. We were happy to leave the next morning.
