It is very dood in the hotel

就在一樓所以避免不了有些小蟲子，但是整體還是很清爽的，位置也很好，門口就是餐廳，周邊就有超市和許多其他的店，來出差的話很推薦！不過就是價格很不穩定。

Friendly staff, easy to park, room was nice and clean. Kerrie on the front desk made me feel welcome and the sign in process was easy and quick. Situated very close to the retail with plenty of shops. Eaten dinner at Beefeater across from the Premier Inn. I've had the half chicken, chips and corn which was cooked as it should be. Dinner was really quick and I was out within an hour.

Thoroughly an enjoyable 4 night stay, room cleaned on request, comfortable bed , slept to well at times, found staff very helpful, polite and informative, including housekeeping, a very personal thank you to Sonia & Kerry for going the extra mile.

I have many happt Premier in stays so booked without hesitation assuming the usual high standard. On this occasion, below expectation unfortunately. Tepid water. Room 24 degrees c with no heating and only narrow opening window. It was not hot outside. A very uncomfortable night. No telephone in the room to service and no one at reception.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, the car park was big enough so no issues parking even though I arrived late in the evening. Overall a great hotel.

I had some issues with my room and the staff had no hesitation in offering a change of room and they even moved my luggage as I was going to be out all day. Excellent customer service well done team

Every time I go to this spot the staff are ALWAYS the same. They all come across as warm friendly and kind. They make the stay so much better.

The front desk staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. They quickly and efficiently dealt with an issue with our booking . They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our staff as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed from BBC a wheelchair user point of view . Lots of room in the wet room with plenty of hand rails . Domestic staff who we saw in the morning were always friendly. Lots of amenities close by . Our only criticism would be the smell of cooking coming from a room which in the evening made the corridor smell quite badly. However we have stay in this Premier inn in few occasions previously and thus has never been an issue before . Once again the front desk staff are a real credit to the organisation , going above and beyond at every contact with them . Our 6 nights at this location were all enjoyable and relaxing.

We.ve stayed here many times but this time the receptionist, Kerry, was extremely helpful we could not have wished for anything better.

Room was clean plenty of tea and coffee bed comfy nice shower, easy and quick check in, key card a bit hard to operate door

Good facilities but was in an annexed building right opposite a pub and the noise was bad late at night and during the night with no consideration from other guest slamming doors

Worse stay in a hotel Iv ever had! Was 30 degrees in room no ventilation no sleep please avoid at all costs all this for £105 a night

We have stayed with a few different hotels and premier inn has been the best we’ve had it is far better than the likes of forest pines and the wortley hotel
