f酒店挺新，裏面乾淨整潔，隔音稍差，服務人員態度很好。酒店位置也不錯，距離海軍碼頭，一英里和世紀公園都很近。早餐品種也還可以。

在芝加哥市中心位置，步行幾分鐘就可以抵達密歇根湖，周邊是商圈，可以逛街，周邊吃飯的地方也多，很適合在市區中心溜達🚶♀️

一家新酒店，設施很全，健身房挺好，服務還行，早餐一般，附近有一家意大利菜還挺好吃，附近挺多地方可逛。

房間寬敞明亮，設備很新，但空調製冷很差，沒有停車位，代客泊車一晚要65美金，不會再次入住

Centrale e molto comodo per visitare la cittá a piedi. La colazione era molto buona e completa. La stanza era grande e letti comodi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'hotel è nuovo e ben tenuto. La posizione è veramente strategica ed il personale disponibile. Forse visto il livello degli alberghi RIU migliorerei i tempi di attesa, che comunque sono più che buoni.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel posizionato nel centro di Chicago. Ottima struttura e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono ben arredate. La colazione è molto varie e comprende prodotti di ottima qualità sia dolce che salato. Mi sento di consigliarlo

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione, a pochi passi da Michigan Avenue, e per il livello del servizio. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, aria condizionata facilmente regolabile, silenzio assoluto. La colazione è ricchissima e servita da molto personale. Il costo è adeguato ma neanche troppo caro considerando il livello.

Unable to fault anything with our stay at Riu Plaza. Staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The location is great and easy to get around the city to visit sites etc. Breakfast was busy at times but always well staffed and organised. To top this we spent an evening and watched the beautiful Chicago sunset from the rooftop bar!

Hands down one of the best rooftops in the city! Drinks were amazing! Beds are super comfortable! I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

This was a great stay in a new, beautiful hotel. Check-in was difficult and time-consuming but all other staff were very helpful. Beautiful sunset on rooftop lounge and an amazing breakfast buffet!!

I don’t have enough words to describe this beautiful place as I’m still here and each day I marvel into something else Let’s start with how beautiful it is Top notch design The room itself is not just elegant but so functional and i love love their environmental consciousness A key card can get your lights AC and TV on and when you leave you simply pull it out I love that The water in the bathroom is great but at the same time not wasteful Beautiful shower with a big round shower head that really feels so amazing The bed was heaven! it’s the first time i slept past my alarm in weeks The staff is stellar Everyone is so friendly so helpful , right there all the time making my stay and everyone’s stay so comfortable The breakfast was insane at least four rows of all this food not just your regular breakfast They had hot milk for my coffee all frothy What an experience They do not have to go containers which I loved and it pushed me to just sit and look out their magnificent sized windows and sip my delicious coffee before going to the office The upstairs roof bar is so nice they have fire pits and a great bar Delicious food and the view of Chicago is just breathtaking and so is the glass edge which I finally got on Yikes super thrilling !! I love this place so much i want to stay inside the hotel and just enjoy the people here I have booked it again for a week in late October for another business trip but i have to say I wouldn’t even mind paying for the room myself I am that impressed Love love love it here Amazing Ten stars !!

The hotel is located in the best area of Chicago. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is perfect and the people who work during breakfast are so kind and keep everything so organized and clean. The rooftop has amazing views and perfect music. Highly recommend this hotel
