Hotel vicino alla stazione di Graz Hauptbahnhof Railway Station a Graz

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

What a great place to stay,just out of city centre but easy access in to town with a punctual and efficient tram and bus network. Originally booked the basic room (cheapest) upgraded when I got there and well worth the little extra with a balcony also. The staff were helpful and friendly and I look forward to returning pretty soon...

Questo hotel è perfetto per coloro che arrivano con il treno direttamente sulla strada dalla stazione principale, probabilmente l'hotel più vicino. Diversi posti per mangiare e bere se arrivare tardi come ero, anche se è una passeggiata decente per tutti i siti principali, prob 1.5 km, ma come è così vicino alla stazione ci sono molte opzioni tram e autobus. Non ci sono colazione, come era 19 EUR che è molto costoso per un colazione a buffet. Le camere erano belle e moderne, anche se qualcosa di molto strano. Il mio letto era vibrante, come si sperimenta quando c'è musica con una pesante basso sotto di te. Fortunatamente c'era un altro letto in camera, quindi mi sono swapto e tutto è andato bene. Non posso ancora spiegarlo :) Ma mi consiglierei molto se venissi in treno, soprattutto quando ci sono 24 ore come me, ma se rimani più giorni, potresti voler stare vicino alla vecchia città.

Fan portatili disponibili presso la reception, un approccio molto sensato al comfort degli ospiti. Ma molti punti sono molto importanti per la sbarrazione delle camere degli ospiti, le aree comuni. Non posso dirvi che non si trasferisce dalla sporca che nessuno ha cercato di trasferirsi, e stare in un posto che sembra sporco è così sfortunato come stare in uno che è davvero sporco: entrambi fare una serata e una mattina scorrevole.E... .Ogni volta che rimango, una visita ogni poche settimane!-- il posto sembra peggiore.Depressivo.Quanto costa Domesos, dopo tutto?Forse la vernice fresca è fuori dalla domanda, ma...sono nudi i bordi disegnati del segno? Per farlo non rompererebbe la A&O.

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. I do not recommend this hotel, as it was also our most expensive hotel stay during our

Il tempo di check-in è indicato come 13:00-20:00. In realtà, la stanza non è stata accolta prima delle 18:00. Non era stato in servizio con la squadra di pulizia, ma con la reception/gestione che aveva consentito all'ex ospite di occuparsi della stanza fino alle 17 (invece di solo le 12), il desiderio dell'ex ospite è stato quindi a carico del nuovo ospite. Le conversazioni di benvenuto alle 13:45, 17:25 e 17:50 sono piuttosto emozionate; un ”benvenuto” amichevole e caldo è diverso. La prenotazione è ancora in corso, ma la fattura è già stata caricata durante la prenotazione, cosa che si potrebbe menzionare nella conferma della prenotazione o altrove o, al più tardi, durante la prenotazione. In questo modo, l'approvazione comporta una situazione sgradevole sotto forma di discussione con un recepcionista sfortunato, brutto e a quanto pare disturbato. La camera è completamente attrezzata: se il bagno è utilizzato come doccia, sarebbe un fermo robusto per la sicurezza quando uscire (glittero) vantaggio. Posizione: a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, ben raggiungibile con tram, non troppo dal centro, corrispondente a un po 'di rumore stradale (ma non molto) fino alle 24 e dalle 5:30.

Abbiamo prenotato per due notti tramite Booking. Al momento della prenotazione ho richiesto una culla in quanto ho un bambino di 4 mesi. La culla c’era ma la stanza che mi è stata data era nell’edificio adiacente a quello principale e per arrivarci c’erano delle scale. Scale che ho dovuto fare più volte al giorno con il passeggino. Ho fatto presente sia al check in che al check out il problema e al check out mi è stato detto che la prossima volta posso prenotare un’altra tipologia di stanza, sita nell’edificio principale. Peccato che il prezzo sia molto superiore. E comunque per due notti abbiamo pagato 290 euro, mica poco. Inoltre la stanza (numero 9) affacciava su un cortile interno molto brutto da vedere e rumoroso alle 7 di mattina. Segnalo inoltre che se la stanza viene prenotata direttamente tramite il loro sito, si ha uno sconto sul parcheggio adiacente. Noi poveri mortali che abbiamo prenotato su Booking invece abbiamo parcheggiato oltre il ponte difronte ad un prezzo comunque conveniente. Alcune note positive: ottima posizione dell’hotel e buona colazione. Per riassumere: mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle, servizio non all’altezza.

Il personale e il servizio sono molto buoni. Molto amichevole personale, migliore posizione.

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und auch ein solches bekommen! Allerdings habe ich schon mehr als 20 Jahre nicht mehr in so einem winzigen Bett geschlafen, ich dachte dass es das nicht mehr gibt. Das Haus ist seit kurzer Zeit Mitglied der Best Western Gruppe, ist aber standardmäßig noch nicht dort angekommen. Das Haus war ziemlich leer und ich hatte die Hoffnung dass ich aufgrund meines Mitgliedsstatus bei Best Western ein Zimmer mit einem ”normalgroßen” Bett bekomme, aber nein.....Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich, aber das kann leider auch nicht über das Zimmer hinwegtrösten. Das Haus ist für Bahnreisende gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs mit Straßenbahnverbindung ins Zentrum. Resumé: Kein Highlight am Grazer Hotelhimmel!

L'hotel sembra nuovo. Progettato in modo minimalista, riducendo i costi pur servendo l'essenziale. Un ostello, in effetti. Situato a più di 15 minuti in auto dal centro della città, l'hotel offre un parcheggio gratuito per attirare i residenti. Il trasporto pubblico è meno affidabile. La colazione è economica (€10,5), la scelta è comprensibilmente scarsa. In breve, è tranquillo, pulito e semplice.
