Tutto perfetto

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, proprio nel centro della città, e le camere sono tra le migliori d'Europa. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, è decisamente migliore di molti altri hotel a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato. Davvero fantastico.

Ho soggiornato una notte a Granada. L'hotel appartiene alla serie HC. Nel complesso è buono e conveniente. Tuttavia in camera non c'è acqua minerale gratuita e bollitore elettrico. Il servizio alla reception è nella media e la varietà della colazione è anch'esso limitato.Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti per raggiungere a piedi la chiesa.

Per questo prezzo la camera è comunque OK.Siamo stati qui per una notte solo per visitare il Palazzo dell'Alhambra.Il servizio alla reception è stato molto buono e molto accogliente, ma il parcheggio era un po' piccolo.

Si è verificato un allagamento nella doccia, quindi abbiamo dovuto usare l'asciugamano per evitare che uscisse acqua. La stanza è enorme ma l'aria condizionata non è abbastanza fresca, quindi non abbiamo dormito bene. Il parcheggio è disponibile presso l'hotel.

Sebbene la posizione dell'hotel non sia vicino alla chiesa principale. Ma non è troppo lontano per arrivarci a piedi. La chiave è che è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Facile viaggiare Ho prenotato una camera con terrazza, ma la stanza in sé era relativamente piccola. La terrazza era carina, ma non ho avuto fortuna. Il tempo non è molto buono Il prezzo è abbastanza buono La colazione non è da biasimare.

A very nice and clean hotel with walking distances to the train station. They allowed us to check in at 10:45am which was unexpected

I had a very nice stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good and Location was 15 mins from the city centre. You can also ask items from the reception for the room as Kettle and slippers.. would book it again when next time I visit Granada

The overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though

It was nice staying at granada center. Around 15-20 minutes by walk to granada cathedral. Friendly staffs

This hotel was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, beautiful interiors and beds etc at the standard of a 4 star hotel. The location is good and within 15-20 mins walk to the city, close to the main train station of Granada. However, there were some fundamental aspects they need to improve on, the shower was producing very hot water even when turned to cold (this did settle after a minute or so but that was not ideal) and the shower tray sloped in the wrong direction so water was ponding on one end of the shower tray. The breakfast was not up to the standard I would expect for a 4 star hotel, avoid the English breakfast type food, but the other items were nice. WiFi Password was not immediately available or instructions for that, the staff were very helpful to provide it on a paper but that should be easily available without having to ask. Overall a good stay but those finer points detracted from the overall experience.

Hotel is located walking distance from the train station. It is also walkable to the attractions and to Alhambra which takes about 30mins. It has basic amenities that you would require for a hotel stay and the staff are friendly. It’s located near a university so the surrounding is safe and pleasant. There are also some nice restaurants nearby but would be worth the effort to walk further out for the Tapas
