Ottimo albergo, ottimo personale. Soggiorno molto piacevole. La colazione era fatta secondo standard elevati e caffè di buona qualità. L'unico inconveniente è che il tappeto aveva molte macchie nella stanza, e dato che stavo con il bambino che voleva giocare sul pavimento

Il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'hotel è altissimo. Assicurati di fare colazione all'inglese in hotel. Acquistarla nella hall con un giorno di anticipo costa 12 sterline. I bambini consumano la colazione gratuitamente.

La posizione era un po' distante, ma il servizio era ottimo e la camera confortevole.

La stanza è spaziosa ma è un po' lontana dalla stazione scozzese. La sala fitness è comunque decente.

Personale delizioso, grazie a Sonia per l'ospitalità e la sistemazione del parcheggio. Bar ristorante reception invitante ambiente confortevole, accogliente e facilmente rilassante Le camere sono un po' antiquate ma pulite e spaziose. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Non c'era posto dove parcheggiare, il cameriere non parlava chiaramente e non c'era modo di trovare il parcheggio di cui aveva parlato! La stanza non ha nemmeno il frigorifero! L'isolamento acustico è molto scarso!

Lovely room for a family of four. The front desk staff were very helpful, but unfortunately, none of them mentioned that the hotel offers a free gym and steam room/spa for guests. I only found out about this after checking out, which was a shame. Our experience with breakfast wasn’t great. On the first day, we waited around 20 minutes for two fried eggs—one of which came overcooked and the other undercooked with a runny center. On the last day, they had already run out of croissants more than an hour before breakfast ended. Also, there were no signs indicating the availability of chocolate powder for hot chocolate, so I didn’t realise it was there until our final morning. Additionally, the hotel advertises a free drink when signing up for membership. I scanned the QR code and signed up on the first day, but there were no instructions on how to claim the drink, so I never got to use it.

Avoid this one, many better hotels in the area.  There was blood on the sheets on check in, we asked for the sheets to be changed only to find in the morning they had just turned the sheets over. Have no faith that the sheets or towels were actually changed at all after the previous occupants.  I put in a formal complaint both with the hotel and directly with Accor and over two weeks later have still not had a reply from the manager I spoke to at check out.

Stayed for one night. The room was spacious enough, and the hotel is conveniently located near food places.
