Location is good and next to Gleneagles Hospital. We have been repeating and come back to One Mansion for few times. So far always happy with the unit and services.

Love the place!! I love that it is self check in. The place is very clean and tidy. The host is very kind & will gladly assist you if you have any questions. I also love the morning view from the balcony :))) I will gladly stay here again whenever I'm in Penang. Thank you for the great service!!! 🤩

Nice location. Real big studio unit, able to accommodate 4 comfortably. Building parking space is quite narrow, beyond owner's control. Also during checkout timing, need to wait a while for the lift as it was a Sunday Will stay again

I was given the wrong keys but later was resolved very soon. The water heater tap was loose and had to tighten in order to use. Overall the unit is big, spacious and clean, just nice for seven people.

I thought the apartment serve at least one room but the beds combined at living room i travel with my sister,nephew and my brother in law so i difficult to make my own privacy..just curious why rubiah must throw by own customer?overall so far is okay

The apartment was very nice , owner provide many towels, &hanger ... easy for us to sidai baju dkt luar.. kebersihan pun sangat okay.. owner chat tanya okey ke tak & guide us very good even in whatsapp. next time if i wanna stay i georgetown i think this apartment will be my choice again hihi, thankyouu!

Good & clean happy we will repeat again

Booked this in an urgent manner as there was an emergency and the building was located next to Gleneagles hospital. The owner was accomodating and understanding, and allowed a slightly earlier check-in, which we are thankful for. The unit itself was spacious with 3 rooms. Kitchen was equipped as shown in the image.Thwre was smart TV and the view is beautiful. However, cleanliness was not up to par as there were a lot of small cockroaches. There was only shower gel provided and not shampoo. But they did provide toothbrushes, and the service crew acted swiftly in providing us with additional toilet rolls. The location is good if you have an emergency to attend to at Gleneagels hospital.

The location is not that good as short walking distance cant get any hawker center or restaurant. From parking to our unit, it need to go through the parking area, it is a bit dangerous as well. For the homestay, the overall is nice. Just cant get detergent for washing the clothes. Other than this, it is all satisfied. However, the refund deposit procedure is a bit long time. Saw from the website, it suppose to pay RM50 for deposit, but according to host, the booking of my homestay is RM100. The information somehow is misleading.

I don't know what u can ask more from here. Everything is just right what we need! Definitely gonna book again when visiting Penang again.
