One of my favourite hotel in JB. The room’s Kind of makes me feel a little not as cozy. But I love their staff. Nur, Wana and the new Nicky. Will definitely be back again.

Awesome view with big rooms. Cleaniness is top notch. Unfortunately there’s a smell in all toilets.

Spacious hall with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..1 king and 1 queen bed. King bedroom comes with big bathtub. Hotel next Fraser place Walk in Breakfast at swatch cafe. 55rm per pax. Worth it. Balcony with Partial view of sea with building view in the middle. Exterior facade wall building can be repaint to gv fresh look. Washing mach cum dryer Big fridge Stove but no pans n pots Very friendly accomodative reception staff

Good location,spacious rooms, even got a library haha .suitable for family staycation!

My second stay here, but this time with my mother in law side. Clean but my sister in law saw a cockroach. Previous stay there was a mushroom lol. But overall not dusty.

The unit is big, suitable for family. Locations too far from city or shopping mall, idea for people who drive Facilities nothing much, with a small swimming pool

Pinetree is kids friendly hotel and so convenient for shopping and many cafe around customer service very prompt and helpful all staff are friendly will definitely be back again. The view from the living watching sunset

Location is good for a quiet staycation. Issue is the room is very dated - sofas are in bad condition and bathroom has smell of dirty recycled water. The amenities provided were also much lesser than last time I visited this place - now need to PAY 100 RM for Wine glasses! It is not deposit amount but an upfront payment which was not pleasant. Book the neighboring Fraser place instead.

When we enter the apartment, we smell an unpleasant smell. The apartment is spacious and with a nice greenery and sea view. The sofa and dining chair were not cleaned and we found food debris. Were freaked out when we noticed there were 2 worms in between the gap of a dining chair. Called housekeeping to vacuum the sofa and dining chairs. Bed and towels are ok. Overall, the stay is fine except for the cleanliness part. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

Good room but room quiet smell.. the aircond is not in good condition. But great service fron front desk name by Nick. Great stay btw !!

My Guests were disappointed, again this is not a Hotel although advertised with Star ratings by Trip.com, used for Hotels. No Reception only tables with Agents, but luckily they are Malaysians, for security sake, when Guests have to show Passports, IDs, Debit cards or Credit cards. I reserved mediumfloor for my Guests but they pushed my Guests to high floor because some Korean guests want the medium floor Room. The Living Room Sofa was old and quite dirty (caused itchiness), and one of the Toilet was smelly. Had to call Agents to call cleaner to clean. Also Aircond not working properly, had to call Agents also. But other amenities abd views are ok. But no beach also.

It’s located at puteri harbour so it consists of chill and relax vibes and I would stay here again

We booked a 3bedrooms apartment but its so dusty everywhere 😅 even 1 of the bedroom’s door cant be lock from inside including the toilet’s door, it was broken. they provided breakfast to your door but it just a normal breakfast 😅 please improve the breakfast. The apartment was huge, suitable for family gathering & the pool have a nice view & big, we enjoyed it so far 👍🏾

Overall the hotel is clean but the bathroom has a very bad odour. Dunno where its coming from. The acs in the rooms are not that cold as well.
