Stay 2 nights, Breakfast no good ... coffee is not acceptable. Room is big and comfortable , overall clean and nice. Front desk is helpful with arrangement of short trips and give accurate information to the town. Location is very near train station (5 mins walk) and only 10 mins by taxi to town.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

酒店就在火車站附近，對於旅遊丶出差或過路的人羣來説，出行還是比較方便的。出行乘座公交去往市區各景點也比較方便。由於酒店屬老酒店，所以設施有點陳舊。但房間的衞生工作搞得還可以。整體衞生可以（包括床褥布草等）。 房間寬敞明亮。但在就餐方面還是欠缺一些。 周邊就餐選擇餘地不多。只有少許的小飲食店。對於要求高些的住客，只有打車去市中心飯店用餐。酒店的早餐也就屬一般的狀況了。總之，性價比一般。

酒店出去轉左行約 4 分鐘便抵， 酒店門前有紅綠燈， 方便。活動完坐至「柳林」公車站，回酒店方便。酒店前台也可代訂「延安保育院」歌舞劇票。 酒店行去火車站至景點如 「棗園」、「延安1938」、「延安革命館」也方便。報一天游接送方便。 職員及服務員態度親切， 執房後，還有生果放在房間桌上！ 有次厠所稍塞（自己排太多）,服務員很快便抵， 非常好。

酒店整體感覺不錯。 細緻須改善，管理須跟上。 房間馬桶蓋鬆動，浴液洗髮水極少量，紙巾盒已經極少量，洗臉盆水塞太鬆動總是蓋着。 有望做得更好👍

用積分換的歡迎水果未收到，酒店地理位置很好離各景點都比較方便，吃飯地方離酒店較近，設施可以，衞生乾淨，很遺憾就是用積分換的二份歡迎水果未品嚐到。

房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，入住當天收穫一份爰心水果，離火車站很近，走路幾分鐘即可，維也納酒店飯菜可口，性價比高。

地理位置好，交通較方便，飲用水免費提供，有水果送。最好能提供早餐打包服務，以便較早出行時能吃到早餐。

地理位置十分方便，走路幾分鐘就到火車站，周邊飲食挺多，房間很大，免費提供多瓶礦泉水，還送歡迎水果。來延安玩住這裏性價比挺高的。

酒店距離火車站很近，大概200米左右就走到酒店，房間很大很乾凈，早餐豐富，下次出行一定還要住在這裏。

設施簡單，交通方便，衞生乾淨，就在火車站旁邊很方便，就是其中一個電梯關門太快，不注意會夾到小朋友。
