The hotel is a bit old, the air conditioner makes a sound like every 15minutes, but the hotel staff are generally nice and helpful

Everyone was so friendly ! I will say this is more family friendly so if you’re looking for a nightlife vibe, this isn’t really that ! Otherwise the food is great, the drinks are good. Make sure to reserve your dinners a full day ahead for each night ! Things book up quick :)

Excellent property! Pools weren’t crowded. Restaurants all had excellent food with so many options. Very child friendly. Staff were all extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

I don’t usually write reviews but for this one I felt like I had to. First and foremost , I am very shocked to see this was a higher rated hotel on the *****. The food including all the restaurants including the buffet, pool side pop ups and room service were “eh”. I don’t want to say typical because I have had some great hotel resort food. I was moved to multiple rooms because my original room was an upgrade with the outdoor soak pool but the outside lights were not working nor were they able to fix them. No big deal but after being switched to another room we noticed similar issues from inside the rooms. The humidity in the rooms was not controlled well so it always felt like you were laying down on wet sheets and stinky pillows. I get it , its hot, but I think the fact that the whole hotel other then the rooms and the restaurants are open to the elements plays a big role, just something to consider. I’d give it a 6/10

Excellent all inclusive for anyone looking to have a great time. The food was delicious, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The hotel is also very kid friendly.

I booked this hotel through *******. Because this is an international trip, I called the hotel to ensure that I have the reservation but the customer service of this hotel had some kind of issues with ******* and they never verified my reservation. They asked me to call *******. I had a chat with ******* just to ensure that all is well for the trip. When I arrived, hotel charged me 300USD extra stating that ******* had communicated my kid’s age incorrectly. I booked the flight and hotel together from ******* with all date of birth. Nowhere in my reservation the age of the kid is shown. I called ******* from the hotel and ******* customer care told me that the hotel should not be charging extra. Hotel staff did not listen at all. If this hotel has that much issues with third party vendors such as *******, then this hotel shouldn’t list itself on *******. Terrible hotel front desk staff. I am curious how this hotel received 9/10 rating. Sub-standard hotel and rooms. People reserve the beach chairs form 6am. You will be lucky to find a chair that is not covered with towel but no person was sitting there. Buffet is ok and less options for a resort that is all inclusive. Difficult to find reservations in the dine in restaurants for dinner. Drinks are terrible and max you will get red label jw scotch. Frindly support staff though. Do not recommend to book this hotel at all.

Room smelled bad and dirty as soon as we walked in, the pillows and sheets smelled musty and there was a left over used glass bottle for refills that never got changed. We also had to ask 3 times for clean towels, they only gave us 3 but we had 4 people in our room, so they should have had the minimum per person- at least. Service for restaurants and pool areas were hit or miss, we had a couple of wonderful servers / meseros but for the most part they did not care to do as asked or had an excuse to not go get what we wanted or needed. Also there is not enough seats/ rest chairs for all the people and people hawk 10 spots for one family that's not even there and the rest of us have no place to rest our things- we had to constantly wake up at 6 am to get a spot which is the LAST THING you want to do on vacation. Also, the timeshare people are so pushy and I felt like I couldn't even ask a question without them sending me to member services for another spill. We stayed at another Fiesta prior and it was lovely, but this one was extremely disappointing.

We stayed here for 5 nights. First thing we noticed getting out of the taxi was the main entrance and it is breathtaking! Beautiful water falls and a 9 story hut where the lobby is! People instantly came to greet us and take our luggage. The front desk staff was wonderful and very polite. They actually gave us the wrong room and we brought this to their attention the next day and they were more than accommodating and switched us to a Lagoon View room which was amazing! Great places to eat. The main buffet was phenomenal for beakfast, but i wasnt overly impressed with the dinner. We also ate at the steak restaurant and mexican restaurant (both were pretty good). My wife and I opted for steaks that were not complimentary, they were good but the priced startled us a little bit. $250 for 2 steaks and they were just mediocre! The night life was good, we wished there was more live music but everything elsecwas good! Every single staff member had a smile and genuinely seemed like they cared and wanted to help! The Fish Taco stand (I was really excited for) the fish, wasnt the best by any means! On that long note, we will certainly be back!

Condesa was a nice hotel, their staff is the best they’re so friendly and accommodating, food was very very good. The beach is super beautiful. I’m coming back for sure. My only disappointment was our room we didn’t have balcony I believe most of them do ours didn’t have the best view, the bed pools were limited. Overall great experience,
