I migliori hotel con spa a Genting Highlands

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel Magtree Genting, nella stanza 2004, torre 4, e abbiamo avuto una esperienza complessivamente miscela. In primo luogo, il letto di un letto nel nostro soggiorno sembrava rotto; quando i nostri figli dormono su di esso, il letto si sconvolgeva un po’, e questo era un problema. Questo problema deve essere affrontato immediatamente, riparando o sostituendo il letto di base per garantire la sicurezza e la comodità dei futuri ospiti. In secondo luogo, la pulizia del bagno lascia molto da desiderare; non è stata pulita in modo approfondito, e questo è stato deludente. Si prevede un livello più elevato di pulizia, soprattutto nella zona del bagno. La scelta era molto limitata, con opzioni come noodles fritte, riso fritte, lemak nasi, noodles di zuppa, piccoli salsicce, uova fritte, roti canai, pollo curry e pane. Non c'era né latte, né cereali, né torta per i bambini. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato che il crematore sembrava essere morso da un cazzo o da un topo, che era piuttosto inappropriato. In generale, mentre l'hotel è generalmente in ordine, ci sono aree significative che richiedono un miglioramento, in particolare con letto a giacca, pulizia del bagno e qualità del colazione. Spero che queste questioni siano affrontate per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti.

L'hotel è un po'lungo, un po' lontano da ******! Anche se **, è andato molto lontano

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

Amazing Glamping Experience in Nature! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this glamping site, and it was a fantastic experience. The dome tents are spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and towels provided, making the stay feel very cozy yet adventurous. The site itself is surrounded by beautiful green landscapes, and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. The domes and other structures are well-designed, blending nicely with the environment while offering a unique and modern vibe. Waking up to nature right outside your door felt surreal. The combination of modern comfort and natural surroundings made the entire stay both restful and rejuvenating. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort. Would definitely come back!

La proprietà è ancora in costruzione. La collocazione di gondola all'edificio esterno è ancora in funzione. L'hotel è senza dubbio nuovo, solo poche unità sono aperte per occuparsi in tutto l'edificio. C'era un odore, sembrava un odore di vapore dal bacino, che copriva l'intera stanza. I had a wonderful experience staying at Rustcamp Glamping Site. The place was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere throughout the stay. The staff’s service was outstanding. They were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome and cared for. The scenery was breathtaking, with beautiful views that offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Unfortunately, there was no campfire due to the rain, which they usually host at 9:00 PM, but despite that, everything else was superb, and I would highly recommend it for a relaxing glamping getaway.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍
