UUtente ospiteIt was a very enjoyable stay. The room is clean and changes the towels daily and clean up the place. Location is perfect. Shopping & eating is so convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay for vacation or business.

UUtente anonimoMy room was upgraded to a 2-bedrooms unit. It looks clean and nice. But... I was welcomed by 2 little cockroach and there are some spiders at room corners. The bed looked clean but I feel it has dust mites, because my legs feel itchy. Besides, the pillow is a bit smelly.
The bathroom exhaust fan might have some problems, the noise is quite loud.
The parking entrance is not easy to find especially at night time. Hope they can add a clearer signboard.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay if the management could solve these problems.

UUtente ospiteThis trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent.
For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ).
Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed.
Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in.
In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

BBELLA TAII recently enjoyed a short but memorable getaway with friends at Cyberview Resort, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The resort offers a peaceful environment surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a touch of traditional charm. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the private balconies that overlooked the gardens. The pool area was a highlight — well-maintained and ideal for both relaxation and fun.
Service was warm and attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. We also had a great time at the resort's restaurant, where the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international dishes.
Overall, Cyberview Resort was the perfect setting for quality time with friends. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or simply catching up over coffee, the serene surroundings make every moment feel special. Highly recommended for a short and sweet escape!

FFena44I love the vibes of this place! The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully fluffy. If you’re staying in the club section, you have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the club or the resort, which is a nice touch. The furniture in the room is well-maintained, though there are a few visible stains on the floor.

LLucidoMolto confortevole e tranquillo,zona un po lontqno da tutto ma é ció che cercavamo,la piscina aveva l'acqua torbida e non invitava a bagnarsi,la palestra ben attrezzata anche se la zona dove si trova é vecchia e trascurata,odore di muffa,la sauna e lo spa non operativi....un peccato,il nome dell'hotel meriterebbe un po piú di attenzione a questi particolari.Buffet colazione spettacolare

UUtente anonimoAll good and the staff is very supportive. However, I booked the double bed room which is supposed to have the sofa next to the window. But, I got the room that is combined by 2 single beds and without the sofa. Hope the management can look into it and ensure the travellers get what they see when doing reservation.

CchewcalvinI stayed there for the last 2 years as Avante and now as M World Resort & Hotel. Our rooms were 2904 & 2905 interconnecting rooms. Room 2904 found too much hair and a bad smell inside the room. We ordered some drinks and food in the pool and couldn't charge into my room number. Normally a 5 star hotel would allow me to charge into my room and make a payment once checked out.
Check in and check out progress was smooth and fast.
The receptionist is also very attentive and friendly.
Bell boy also gives a hand in our luggage.
Breakfast buffet sessions need some improvement especially in the egg section. The fat chef in the egg section should be trained further.
