The lobby registration located at different building (Located at Windmill Apartment, the booking premise is located at Geo38; Just be aware if you are first time coming here). It's guarded gated security apartment. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Checkout time is at 11.00am. Plenty of visitors during weekend which cause inconvenient during checkout as waiting time for lift to get in is a bit hassle (depend on your luck), so managed your time accordingly.

Every thing is good…cooling of aircond is not enough Place super and customer service also good…. Night time can hear someone punching the wall and moving the things but I’m not sure what noise is that…and also pls upgrade Tv channels give some Tamil channels thank you 😊

Ho avuto un aggiornamento gratuito e sono rimasti a Ion Majestic, amore e volevo provare la piscina riscaldata, ma era in manutenzione, quindi non potremmo provare. Ero un regolare a Ion Delemens prima di cercare di prenotare con Trip.com, quindi certamente preferirei e scegliere di rimanere a Ion Majestic perché ha più facile accesso di Ion Delemens. La visione del killer ma non credo di essere una persona mattina, non preferirei le cortine luminose al mattino 😅 In generale, 5 su 5 ancora.

Luckily got facing Genting view unit with less traffic noise. Apartment nice and great roof top pool. The only downside is checkin at Geo38 building but it’s okay, just make sure the location. Supposedly i can claim a FREE STAY for not receiving receipts during checkout. Need to report to management within 12 hours, but i forget. Anyway, satisfied stay.

The experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle. Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card. The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.
