L'hotel è nuovissimo, anche la piscina è molto grande, adatta per portare i bambini. L'area circostante l'hotel non è molto comoda, è necessaria un'auto.

It is really really worth money to stay here. The breakfast is super. The services are outstanding. It is so detailed cleanliness. The beach front is like a different world. It is in prime location. We will stay again. And we recommend it.

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

Superb hotel with fantastic service and personnel. It was a very pleasant experience staying in the hotel.

The resort staffs is friendly and helpful. The room is great, clean and tidy. The beach is in front of the resort with white sand and clear water. There are lot of activities provided. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure

Clean rooms, beautiful and very large swimming pool, very good service staff, fresh, clean and delicious food in every menu.

Usually a hotel or resort doesn't live up to the advertising but in this case it definitely does. Koh Kood is a beautiful island and this resort is amazing. Incredible location on a stunning beach, amazing facilities and fantastic staff. The deluxe pool villa was well-appointed with everything i needed, including a delightful little pool. The resort's galaxy pool is big and looks straight across the lawn to the beach. Every single staff member I came across was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to come back to this beautiful resort another time.

非常完美的度假村，酒店的位置絕佳，很喜歡別墅設計和裝飾風格，重要的是注重細節和品質，當然還有環保考慮；工作人員很友善，入住時帶客人介紹酒店各個設施，海灘也完美，每天都想去休息座着享受沙灘和陽光；度假屋有屬於自己的專用游泳池，卧室和衞生間設計裝飾讓入住客人舒適；酒店提供的SPA服務比較貴，但是也是享受，在舒緩的音樂中有要睡覺的慾望，技師操作的專業技能高；早餐很好。剛好遇上皮划艇免費活動，由於是第一次體驗這個運動，開始有點適應，不過很快就熟練的，工作人員在前方帶領，很負責任，體驗這個過程很好；早餐就餐環境舒適，在吃早餐的時候同時也能夠享受到海灘景色；退房後有酒店專車和服務人員送到出島的碼頭，非常感謝工作人員的熱情接待。
