Hotel con colazione inclusa a Genting Highlands

We booked the Quads room and everything is good, looking out to the greens everyday and the air is very good! The room service came in every morning but there is some issue with the room service call at the night when the children vomited on the bedsheets.. Some Cons of the hotel: 1) there is no drinkable hot water to get unlike First World Hotel 2) Even though we are just right beside the Theme park, we still have to walk to the Skyavenue to get to the main entrance of the theme park 3) we stayed at the Valley wing, so we are not very near to the main lobby too.

Have stayed at this hotel many times, overall value for money in view of the price, cleanliness, room size, and service. The only thing is that the buffet breakfast seems to have dropped its standard, it used to be more varieties with better food quality, now only left one meat dish which is chicken everyday (I stayed for 3 nights and took the breakfast 3 times with my family). No other meat, don't even talk about seafood etc.

Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

L'acqua filtrata, il caffè e il tè sono liberi in reception. Non troppo lontano daGenting e vicino a vari ristoranti. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose con balcone (Abbiamo prenotato camere Delux King) e c'è la possibilità di camere comuni per le famiglie. Bella piscina pulita. Bella cucina di pesce con torte d'oro, ecc al ristorante dell'hotel.

The experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle. Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card. The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.

Il Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel mi ha fatto piacere! Dalla mia entrata nel lobby, mi sono salutato con un sorriso caldo e un servizio di lusso. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, offre facile accesso alle principali attrazioni e quartieri commerciali. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e bellissimi decorazioni. I letti sono estremamente confortevoli, assicurando un riposo di notte. Le strutture sono moderne e ben mantenute. Mi sono particolarmente divertito con il centro fitness e la piscina. Il buffet del colazione è un'enfasi, con una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose da scegliere. Il personale è amichevole, utile e sempre pronto a assistere. Qualunque viaggiare per affari o piacere, consiglio fortemente Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. E' in ogni modo superiore alle mie aspettative!

Il tramonto è super bella, e il risveglio presto può essere opportuno vedere il mare di giardino. Il servizio della camera è molto buono. La reazione è meno di cinque minuti per gestire!

Recommended for short trip gateway. The hospitality is very good starting from the lobby, smooth check in even though there are many people queuing. The complimentary service for hi tea and breakfast is superb. I am late for the last call hi tea they packed coffee and all the condiments for me. Nice view from my suites, can see GHPO and cable car from there. The cons is that the lift is too slow and takes time during peak hours.

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

Sky d'Mont Suites Genting Highlands is located next to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel & Service Apartment. Sky D'Mont is a self check in service apartment. Call the apartment number and they will instruct on the check in procedure. It takes around 5 mins drive to go to the theme park. Apartment was clean and comfortable and you may also cook on your own. There is My News kiosk nearby and you may go to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel for breakfast/lunch or dinner.
