Hotel con piscina a Barranquilla

Buona posizione . Molto tranquillo . Buona colazione . Molto pulito .

It was a very welcoming experience, the hotel is beautiful, I was able to enjoy each of its areas and most importantly its service staff, there is an impressive human quality. congratulations. Thank you very much for making me live such a pleasant experience.

Questo è il primo dei 3 hotel che abbiamo soggiornato a più di 6 notti. E 'un hotel più vecchio ma è stato mantenuto. Solo la denuncia non potevamo controllare l'unità a/c nella stanza. Il personale parla inglese e sono amichevoli e conosciuti. Ogni mattina hanno un ottimo buffet per la colazione con il nostro prezzo. Il tetto sembra essere un po'di lavoro, ma è accessibile, offre una vista di Barranquilla *( meglio vedere la luce della città di notte) . La piscina è al terzo livello con una zona bar (non sicuramente le ore per il bar) è una dimensione decente.

Fui reciente huésped en la habitación 1501 con mi esposo desde el día 9/12/21 hasta hoy domingo 12/12/21. Tienen publicidad engañosa en las redes El restaurante está sucio, el buffet es repetitivo, la comida insípida, todo mal puesto, la atención del personal es pésima y sin educación. Las habitaciones están viejas y deterioradas, no le hacen aseo correcto a la habitación pues al volver por las noches a la habitación, la ducha seguía sucia, las papeleras sin cambiar, había basura de los anteriores huéspedes, el caño de la ducha estaba tapado, el calentador no funcionaba, los pasillos en areas comunes están deteriorados y hasta muebles partidos. La piscina tiene el agua turbia cómo si no le hicieran mantenimiento. La recepción no ofrece buen servicio ni atención al huésped. Tienen una linea de taxi la cual el gerente Alberto y recepcionistas nos indicaron que son de confianza y al momento de hacer uso de esta linea de taxis, el taxista nos ESTAFÓ, ya que el hotel nos enseñó una lista de precios en dónde indicaba que para el lugar a dónde íbamos tenía un costo de 25.000 pesos colombianos, y el taxista nos cobró 50.000 pesos colombianos, luego de pelear nuestro cambio con el taxista, este sólo nos regresó 10.000 pesos, cobrándonos 40.000 pesos COP, al dirigirnos con recepción del hotel y su gerente, por ser quienes nos recomendaron al taxista, decidieron Lav**** las Manos diciendo que ellos no son responsables de lo que haga la linea de taxi luego que el mismo hotel fue quienes los recomendaron y tienen en su poder la lista de precios de las tarifas que deben cobrar los taxis. Finalmente mi esposo y yo nos quedamos ESTAFADOS por el taxista y engañados por el Hotel quienes se hicieron de la vista gorda y solaparon dicha ESTAFA. Conclusión: Pésima Atención, Servicio inexistente, Desaseo y abandono de las instalaciones y habitaciones, mala comida, y cómplices de la estafa de su linea de taxis de confianza.

This hotel was completely disgusting, full of mould and damp throughout the hotel. The restaurant floor appeared not to have been cleaned for many months as the dirt was really ground in, the nets and curtains were also mouldy and filthy too. We had to change rooms twice due to the fact that my husband was struggling to breath due too the conditions. The gym was completely filthy and the breakfast was the same each day, and they did not have anything Vegan for me either. There was nothing nice about this hotel. The restaurant menu was dreadful, old and uninviting. The staff were slow to respond to any asks. The bath had obvious cracks in it, however they had just been painted over. This hotel needs a lot of money spent on it to firstly address the mould and damp issues. The replies to the reviews from the hotel stated that they were in the process of completing some maintenance work, almost 2 years ago, however this place has not been touched in any aspect for many, many years! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO POTENTIALLY BECOME ILL!! This hotel is down as a 3/4 star, but 1.5 at the very best. I have always been fair around my reviews, so for me to write this, it was absolutely dire 😔

I just ended a month’s stay in Barranquilla as a Diamond member of the Hilton Hotel and IHG’s Diamond Elite. I’m utterly in awe of the service I received at Estelar Alto Prado Barranquilla. The attention to detail, and the care given to each guest makes them without a doubt number one in Barranquilla. A first rate service in everything, the administration, reception, the rooms, the pool, and the restaurant and the attention to detail as I Mentioned Before, makes them unique in Barranquilla. I want to offer my warm congratulations to Mr. Jorge Michaels the hotel manager for his excellent job and the reception manager Mr. Yheis for making me feel important and as if I were home.

Sicuramente, il El Prado ha ‘vecchia eleganza del mondo’ con tutte le nuove attrazioni del mondo!! Il buffet di colazione non mancava niente!! La pizza a notte era assolutamente deliziosa!! Il personale era al di sopra con la loro attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo amato la zona di piscina e il bar addiacente!! Stiamo già pianificando il nostro prossimo viaggio!!
