We came a bit earlier than check in time and was allowed to directly go to our room. We got welcome drinks that we could take at the 12th floor resto (that was next to the pool). The scenery from the roof top was great. The room is spacious and clean. There is enough space to hang our clothes. AC worked well, and was not loud. We had many choices for breakfast. The taste of the food was quite good in general. Tunjungan Street is just 5mt walk. Tunjungan Plaza is around 15mt walk.

Awesome Hotel. Lovely Rooms with big comfortable bed. Very good Wifi Terrific Roof Top Pool and Restaurant. We've stayed many times at Surabaya River View Hotel

Booked 2 family room for 2 night including breakfast..overall quite good except the food for breakfast need to be improve with more variety and selection.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The night view from the top is stunning. However, the road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the staff at the door didn't assist with our luggage, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall experience was well worth it!

The hotel is a strategic location. Near eatery places and Tunjungan Plaza. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thumbs 👍 I will stay here again for a future trip to Surabaya.
