Hotel meraviglioso, design esterno e interno sono sorprendenti, ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti dal 12 luglio al 17 luglio 2023, posizione conveniente per me, poiché c'è un fermo di autobus proprio davanti all'hotel che ci porta direttamente a Ginevra nel centro della città quotidiana, Il colazione era molto buono e ben organizzato, le camere sono pulite e con vista su un bel paesaggio. Yulia, il direttore generale, è così professionista come tutta la sua squadra, ben fatto a tutti i membri della squadra dell'hotel e certamente rimarrò in questo hotel durante la mia prossima visita a Ginevra.

E' tutto fantastico in questo hotel. Una colazione per se stessa potrebbe essere un po' meglio: a partire dalle 9:00 non è stato riempito nulla (succhi d'arancia, specchi, taglio...) e ogni secondo cucchiaio aveva un angolo e anche le tavole non sono state pulite molto rapidamente e per Il prossimo ospite preparato, non era così male, ha abbastanza tavoli...

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo piccolo ma bel hotel. Le camere sono moderne, funzionali e pulite. Il buffet per colazione è stato molto invitante e buono. Il personale è pronto ad aiutare, amichevole ed efficiente. Un parcheggio dietro la casa è stato messo a disposizione gratuitamente.

Hotel scelto per la particolare vicinanza al Pala expo di Ginevra dove si è svolto un dog show internazionale, per l'ospitalità ai cani e per l'offerta vantaggiosa (3 notti in junior suite). All'arrivo riscontro un problema con la card per l'ingresso in camera.... quasi 20 minuti per risolverlo....(hanno dovuto chiamare un tecnico per risolvere il problema); problema che di ripete il giorno successivo... Ristorante chiuso il venerdì e sabato sera (inconcepibile !! ). Nel frigo bar della stanza manca apri bottiglie. Pressione acqua nella doccia scarsa... Franchi 20 di parcheggio giornaliero. Ok la tariffa ma fatemi entrare ed uscire quando voglio invece bisogna prendere il Ticket poi per uscire ogni volta andare alla Reception e farsi dare un altro Ticket...ogni volta... Personale nelle ore di punta alla Reception scarso per cui sempre code Su Booking vengo informato senza chiedere nulla che il cane non avrà supplemento... così non è mi hanno fatto pagare Euro 25,00. Non avrei eccepito nulla se non fossero stati loro ad informarmi senza poi mantenere le promesse. Pulizia migliorabile... stanza ampia ma servizio ed alloggio non degno di una junior suite... Non c era neppure un adattatore elettrico in camera visto che siamo in Svizzera... ho dovuto chiederlo alla Reception con deposito cauzionale. Personalmente non ci ritorno.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

The communication from this hotel was incredible. Before arriving, during our stay and after we had left. The staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and tidy. Was very warm and we asked to open the window which was immediately arranged. Will definitely stay there again. So easy on the tram right outside the door and with the travel pass you receive as a guest.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Essendo un prezzo così alto e un hotel di 2 stelle in Svizzera, si aspetta qualcosa di più che accettabile. Hotel antico, la camera è molto piccola, anche pulita. Si assomiglia più alla camera di una barca che alla camera di un hotel, perché, inoltre, tutte le camere hanno le finestre bloccate, lasciandole senza ventilazione. Personale non molto simpatico, che non parla spagnolo. Parcheggio a pagamento a un prezzo molto elevato (22 CHF/giorno; veniamo da un nuovo hotel nel centro di Berna dove pagavamo 15 CHF al giorno per questo servizio). Non ripetereremmo l'esperienza.

Ho prenotato una stanza per 3 persone con un letto extra, ma la stanza aveva solo un letto. L'hotel è arrivato alle 11:00, c'era solo un ricevitore e poche persone aspettavano in linea. Poiché era prima dell'ispezione ufficiale e in qualsiasi modo andavamo a mangiare, ho chiesto al ricevitore di controllare e tenere le borse finché non tornammo. Ci siamo ripresi all'hotel alle 10:30, aspettando di ricevere la chiave della stanza, ma ho dovuto fare il processo di check-in di nuovo. E infine, entrammo nella stanza e non c'era un letto extra. Anche allora c'era una sola persona nel divano di fronte che era occupata, quindi non volevamo aspettare e disturbare di cambiare la stanza. Ho dormito sul letto che ho scoperto più tardi che poteva aprirsi al letto. - Pro- Molto vicino all'aeroporto, se si affitta una macchina, si può anche camminare verso la struttura di parcheggio auto in affitto. La camera da bagno è così spaziale.
