We will choose this hotel again as everything is perfect for the price. We have delivery from taobao before we arrive .the hotel staff handle our baggage w care and even go to the extend of helping us to check if the parcel received. This extra mile had delight us as we have no local handphone to be contactable. Aside to this. The room was clean and spacious . Location is just a street from the sanfangqixang. Total feel like a 5 star hotel.

My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Fuzhou Wenzhou è molto famoso. Prenotare un hotel è necessario definire un hotel caldo e pulito e tranquillo, e non c'è un bilancio molto alto, cioè dormire un po', andare a giocare con i suoi amici tutto il giorno.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

La stanza era pulita e spaziosa e molto piacevole per 4 notti.
In primo luogo, ci sono stati problemi con le prime due camere che mi sono assegnato. In secondo luogo, ho passato un commento “ dimenticatelo, sono lapidato a chiedere una nuova camera” e il personale di concierge mi ha offerto di scendere e di prendere un'altra stanza. Non ho ricevuto il suo nome, ma lo apprezzo e ho dovuto stare a mio agio grazie a lui.
L'altro incidente riguardava il mio pacchetto di ritorno Taobao, che è stato suddiviso in due parti e che è arrivato al venditore solo un pacchetto, e io avevo già lasciato la Cina fino a quel momento e mi sono limitato a cercare di risolvere la questione da solo. Ho e-mailato l'hotel per l'assistenza, e sono molto grato a Wilson Ye da Concierge che ha trascorso qualche giorno dopo la piattaforma e il corriere.
Vorrei consigliare questo hotel e vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo se avessi visitato Fuzhou.

La prima stanza che viene data ha un forte odore di fumo , probabilmente lasciato dal cliente precedente.Sembra che l'hotel si pretenda di essere fumatori liberi , dovrebbero prendere seriamente il passo per pulire la stanza prima di rilasciare. Tuttavia, il desk front è stato molto utile e fare un cambiamento immediatamente senza molte domande. Ho visto anche un sigaro che si sdraia nel lobby principale e ho visto qualcuno camminare liberamente con le sigarette mentre il personale dello stesso lobby cercava di essere gentile e gli ha chiesto di smettere senza successo. L'hotel dovrebbe fornire una migliore formazione e protezione al personale in caso di trattazione di tali casi. Oltre a questo , i servizi sono fino al loro standard 5 stelle. UUtente ospite“La posizione centrale dell’hotel C&D ha reso la città insufficiente, messo le principali attrazioni e i centri di trasporto in una posizione facile. Le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite e offrono un tranquillo ritiro dopo un giorno di vista. Il buffet del colazione è un piacere culinario, con una varietà di piatti che si occupano di vari palazzi. Una raccomandazione speciale va a Ming Ling al di fuori del dipartimento, il cui caloroso benvenuto e efficiente gestione del processo di check-in ha posto un tono positivo per il nostro soggiorno. Raccomando vivamente l’Hotel C&D ai viaggiatori che cercano una miscela di lusso e comodità durante la loro visita alla città.”

FfenloveskyLa camera è pulita e ordinata, l'ambiente è confortevole, l'Hilton è molto buono. Un ringraziamento speciale a Polly, la governante dell'hotel, che ha consultato le nostre esigenze prima del check-in e ha prenotato una tipologia di camera che soddisfacesse le nostre esigenze. Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

UUtente ospiteAppreciate the Hotel for given us a free upgrade to deluxe room plus fulfilling all our request for a higher level quiet room at the corner.
Room are huge and bed is comfortable to sleep in. Opening/closing of curtains are done thru switches at bedside without the need to get off from bed.
Breakfast is consider good give the price tag. There are more varieties of Chinese food than western food but still consider adequate. The only downside is there don't provide peanut butter and butter for bread except jam.
Location wise it is not convenient for public transport and it is hard to get a taxi or private hired car for foreigners without the help from hotel front desk.
Overall am happy and enjoy our stay in Guohui. Will definitely recommend it to others who are visiting Fuqing.

AAlan1Ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel di classe mondiale. Voglio ringraziare in particolare Grace che ha messo a disposizione il contatore di check-in. Quando c'era qualche evento in corso, volevo acquistare in anticipo alcuni regali per essere inviati ai miei parenti in Cina in una data successiva. Ha fatto un passo in avanti condividendo il suo contatto personale con la chat e aiutandomi a fare tutti gli accordi. Non posso ringraziarla abbastanza, ma io le ho letto la mia recensione, puoi contare su di lei per un'esperienza di servizio di classe mondiale 👍🏼

SStephy0326Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

EEllen Cohen-RosenthalThis is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot. We were too warm on a few nights, and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto qui per assistere ad un evento che si è svolto all'hotel, situato in una zona di recente sviluppo nel quartiere di Changle di Fuzhou. Lo sviluppo è ancora in corso, quindi ci sono molti edifici poco finiti e le strade sono ampie e molto tranquille. È conveniente rimanere qui se hai qualcosa da fare in questa zona o vuoi stare in un bel hotel vicino all'aeroporto (solo 25 minuti di auto). A 60 km (1 ora per auto) da qui a Fuzhou città con le sue attrazioni turistiche, in modo da un turista si può preferire di rimanere più vicino al centro della città.
L'hotel è molto moderno e nuovo aperto. Offre tutte le strutture che si aspetta da un hotel a cinque stelle. La mia camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Il colazione è servito nel ristorante dell'hotel ogni mattina e è principalmente cinese, ma anche tosta e croissant sono disponibili.
Sarebbe bello se avessero qualcuno in servizio in qualsiasi momento che possa comunicare con gli ospiti che non parlano cinese.

PPhilip QGood breakfast spread of Chinese and English food. A few live-stations where food is freshly prepared for guests. The hotel staff were attentive, especially Andy from reception. Nice view of Wuyi Square at night, including a photo of the white tower at night.

UUtente ospiteThis is a fantastic hotel where everyone provides superb service. During our stay, the hotel offered free shuttle rides to any destination, which was incredibly convenient. The hot spring environment was lovely, and the staff—especially **Li Yujiao**and **Qiu Biguang**—were exceptionally attentive and kind.
Our kids loved the infinity pool, and the surrounding views were breathtaking. The dining experience was also great, with **Zhang Qianfang** from the restaurant offering excellent service.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the top-notch service to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!
