Cleanliness is closer to 3.5 if you're being really picky because the shower walls could use a good wipe down & the bunk bed frame could be vacuumed. Overall though, pretty good. The best part is the location! Right in the middle of a street of restaurants & souvenir shops next to the beach, next to a konbini, Shonan Monorail & train stations down the street, & Enoshima Island over the bridge. The staff is very friendly & a couple of them speak English. Something to note, their wifi kept disconnecting for a few of the guests & I. The second thing I enjoyed most is the bottom floor being a cafe & staying guests get a discount. I really recommend the milkshakes & fried items! I stayed in the female dormitory, both floors shared by all. I personally didn't feel unsafe. The main doors are locked at night & you could lock the dormitory door. The dormitory is right by the street so you will hear people & vehicles if that's something you're particular about. Lastly, don't forget to turn on the AC. Somehow, we forgot about it the first night & were sweating. I also opened the window because my bunk was further away from the AC & boxed up, both of which helped! Overall, enjoyed my experience at Iza & will stay again when visiting Enoshima!

perfect location for exploring enoshima, well operated facilities, and very friendly staff who share many great recommendations with me. definitely worth to stay

Its a nice well kept hostel, definitely a special experience and great location. Be aware not to checkout 1 min later cause they will charge you 1100 yen per hour PER PERSON, 0 flexibility!

The staffs were very accommodating . The place is well-kept and the location is near attractions in Enoshima. I think overall it’s well-managed

交通及其便利，離江之島非常近，靠近三個車站。可提供付費牙具，有微波爐和飲用水（洗手盆水管裏的），店員都不錯，最主要是安靜！但是房間裏基本上沒有網絡🛜

位置就在主街，很温馨的小店，環境乾淨，一個人旅行很合適，出門離江之島和新幹線都很近，適合天氣好的時候來鎌倉玩。

非常滿意，要是房間能穿拖鞋就更好了。因為是春節去的，腳底有點涼😀房間內不能吃東西，但是客棧自己有可以喝茶吃冰激凌的休息室，隨便買點吃東西很方便。旁邊就是7—11，羅森也很近。離海邊和江之島都很近。

非常乾淨的整潔的青旅，各方麪條件都很好，街上很多好吃的東西，離鎌倉坐車特別方便，拍了好多好看的照片。

予約後すぐに気づいたのですが、2名で宿泊予定にも関わらずベッド1台の部屋を予約してしまいました。予約ボタンを押した直後にすぐホテルのフロントに電話をして、ベッドの追加またはキャンセルをお願いしましたが、「もうベッドは空いていない」とのことで、キャンセルを希望しました。 電話を受けたフロントのスタッフの対応が非常に悪く、「来ないってことですね？」と一方的に決めつけるような言い方をされ、大変不愉快でした。その時点では、キャンセルするか、一人で宿泊するかをまだ決めかねていたのに、非常に失礼な対応でした。 その後、Tripのカスタマーサービスに連絡を取りました。ホテル側からの回答には2時間ほどかかるとのことだったので待ちましたが、結局ホテルからは何の返事もありませんでした。 再度ホテルに電話をかけ、メッセージに返信してもらえるか尋ねたところ、再び同じスタッフにぞんざいな対応をされ、とても残念な気持ちになりました。結果として、私はお金を無駄にし、最低のサービス体験をしました。 なお、チェックイン時間を過ぎても、ホテル側から連絡が来ることもなく、完全に無視されているように感じました。

雖然衹住了一晚超出預期了，地點非常好就在那個什麼網紅炸物店同一個地點，是cafe和住宿一體的，cafe入住客人消費有20% discount。非常乾淨，女生房也很大，有一個全身鏡和梳粧台。閨蜜團出遊包一間房非常合適。床鋪很舒服印象裏住過青旅裏面可以排上號的。衞生間的薰香也很好聞。缺點是我住的是上鋪天花比較矮會容易碰到頭，窗外就是大街窗簾縫隙可以看到路人，理論上應該看不到我但我還是躺着換衣服的。一層二層共用兩個浴室一個衞生間，雖然都沒碰到搶位置的情況但吹頭髮會碰到過道的男生有點點尷尬
