The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Poiché l'hotel non offre in questo momento una sala executiva, i membri dell'Elite ottengono un colazione gratuito con una cena la carta (raccomandazione: scelta del cuoco) e molte varietà al buffet del colazione. Rimanendo a Marriott a tempo pieno per gli ultimi 6 anni, posso davvero vedere le differenze. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. Questo hotel è molto consigliato se si desidera un trattamento speciale, la posizione più centrale e l'esperienza completa della linea Skyline di Francoforte.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Hotel eccezionale. Dove iniziare? Fantastico ospite al Steigenberger, dalle Doormen alla Reception e alla Manutenzione e, naturalmente, il team del ristorante. Svagga in lusso e soggiorna nelle camere del Grand Deluxe con doccia di terapia colore, bagno marmo profondo soffocante e letti fantastici. Il colazione è al primo posto e sarò certamente tornato. Il nostro appartamento è dotato di due TV, entrambi costantemente aperto e riavviato, o semplicemente congelato su una schermata nera. La cosa più strana è che non ci sono assolutamente film disponibili per l'acquisto e non ci sono capacità di streaming. Ieri notte abbiamo visto un film sul mio portatile in letto come facevamo al college! La TV non è la nostra priorità principale nel nostro viaggio, ma ci aspettiamo di guardare insieme le cose nella stanza in vacanza. Invece di ottenere una scelta di CNN, BBC, CNBC o Bloomberg. Ho soggiornato in motel con film disponibili per l'acquisto! Mi sembrava davvero strano pagare per 6 notti migliaia di dollari e nessuna opzione e nessuna pendenza per pagare il letto. Olivier e Dominick sono fantastici e grazie per la loro benevolenza! Oh, e quando arrivate con la vostra auto non c'è solitamente nessun valet fuori ... entrambi i tempi non volevamo lasciare la nostra auto inaspettatamente, ma nessuno uscì, quindi dovevamo entrare. La mia ultima cosa ....I aveva un mal di testa e non avevano niente, mio marito doveva andare in farmacia. Non siamo troppo lazy per camminare, ma quando si soggiorna in un cosiddetto hotel 5 stelle e non ha mal di testa, nessuna capacità di streaming o selezioni di media ...Non vale la pena! Speciale grido a Olivier e Dominick che sono AWESOME!!!

Grande e moderna struttura, comoda la posizione vicino al fiume ed a 100 metri dalla stazione e dalla metro (zona peraltro brutta, sporca e malfrequentata). Ottimo il servizio, la pulizia e buono il ristorante non certo economico. Non do il massimo punteggio per la camera molto silenziosa ma piuttosto piccola, arredo non proprio da 5 stelle, ed in due soggiorni, in due camere diverse, ho trovato l'aria condizionata alquanto rumorosa. Buona l'offerta per la colazione e costo secondo me corretto.

All'esterno e nella zona di accoglienza, questo appare un bel vecchio hotel tedesco. Purtroppo, la mia camera, anche se grande, era disgustosa e doppia con mobili non corrispondenti, che vanno dagli anni '30 all'1960s. La camera da bagno era inconveniente e difficile ottenere acqua calda fuori dalle casse. La vista era di cavi, fili e fuoco metallico, poiché in molti hotel europei a basso prezzo non c'era caldaia elettrica, né ci erano piccole sacche di tè o caffè, eccetera. Il bellissimo signore al ricevimento mi ha portato una caldaia elettrica che diceva essere quella usata dal personale, ma che avrebbero avuto un altro giorno, e spero sinceramente che lo avrebbero fatto perché non avrei voluto che il personale lo facesse senza. C'era un frigo ma non funzionava - un nuovo frigo con sorriso tutto il pomeriggio, il giorno prima che io andasse via. La posizione era ragionevolmente buona, essendo nel cuore della CBD e sulla moderna strada principale di Francoforte, piena di ristoranti, caffè e negozi. La maggior parte dei medievali Francoforte fu affollata durante la guerra mondiale 11 (la Zeil è uno dei pochi edifici rimanenti), ma i turisti potrebbero preferire soggiornare in un hotel nella piccola zona della vecchia città che è rimasta intatto. (circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Zeil).

Struttura molto curata, molta attenzione alla sanificazione e disinfezione degli ambienti. Camere grandi, spaziose, ottimamente illuminate. La camera da bagno è separata dalla camera da letto da due porte scorrevoli, soluzione che ho gradito molto. Bagno ottimamente rifinito, così come l’intera camera. Personale alla reception molto garbato con ottima capacità di problem solving (piccolo inconveniente subito risolto). Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro piccolo cane, che ha avuto libero accesso a tutti gli ambienti. Sala ristorante grande, li abbiamo avuto modo di fare colazione, a mio avviso un po’ scarna. Dettaglio trascurabile, dal momento che non siamo abituati a mangiare tantissimo a colazione. Lo consiglio.

Sono stato benissimo all'hotel Hampton by Hilton di Francoforte con mia moglie. Siamo rimasti lì per tre giorni e ci siamo goduti ogni momento. L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, vicino a molte attrazioni e ai trasporti pubblici. Il prezzo è molto ragionevole per la qualità e il comfort delle camere. Il servizio è eccellente e cordiale e la colazione a buffet è deliziosa e varia. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Francoforte.

Ho avuto una stanza per 3 pax, 2 notti. Abbiamo entrato il primo giorno e il profumo era immediatamente evidente. Il bagno profumo come fumo nonostante questo sia una stanza non fumante. Abbiamo trovato tinture rosse su un caso di letto, capelli all’interno dei letti del secondo letto e la struttura del terzo letto era rotta (foto); le tinture all’interno erano gialle, e le tinture erano profumate come già usate. La cortina era rotta, la doccia era chiusa, e poi abbiamo notato la polvere, era come la neve, copriva ogni superficie e uno dei miei amici era allergico. Non possiamo nemmeno lamentarci o dire a nessuno, ma abbiamo pulito il posto che potevamo. La mattina ho parlato con il ricevitore che era ”profondamente dispiaciuto” e mi ha assicurato che la stanza sarebbe stata completamente pulita, le lastre di letto cambiarono (da quando, ovviamente, non erano degli ospiti precedenti) e il letto rotto cambiato. Torniamo alla seconda serata (la scorsa notte del nostro soggiorno) e la ricezione è ancora vuota, le lastre sono state le stesse (simi tinture, ecc.), tutto è stato esattamente lo stesso (polvere, doccia, tende, tinture, ecc.), solo il letto è stato cambiato. Ma, visto che era sabato sera e non c'era altro disponibile in altri hotel della zona, dovremmo rimanere, ancora una volta, e dormire in quel pessimo incubo. Ho chiesto un rimborso e mi è stato promesso il 30% o l'importo totale e l'hotel mi ha rimborsato 2 euro meno (come segno di spiace per le mie denunce?!?). Ho video mentre passo il dito sul tavolo a letto e mostra quanto polvere raccolgo, ma i file video non sono ammessi. Le pareti sono anche molto sottili e si può sentire la gente tosse o parlare in altre stanze e altre porte chiuse sono così rumorose e chiaramente udibili (ci hanno svegliato diverse volte nelle due notti). Non posso dire quanto fosse disgustoso e cattivo il nostro soggiorno a Francoforte. Non andate, anche se questa è l'unica stanza della città, voi prendete seriamente le malattie qui.

The room was incredible for the price - the beds were even comfier than my bed at home! It was clean, and the staff cleaned it daily. We barely saw anyone as reception was closed most of the time, but the lady on check in was polite enough. There was sky tv in the room, hair dryer and the shower was lovely, with hair and body wash provided also! We had a bedroom for 3 with 3 proper single beds and room to spare. Really really impressed. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the Christmas market, with a few bars and restaurants a small walking distance. It was quiet around the location also, not much noise from the street.

Eravamo qui una volta 2 anni fa e anche allora molto soddisfatto. Molto bel hotel tranquillo a un prezzo ragionevole. Situato direttamente allo zoo ora a circa 100 metri dalla prossima fermata metro Habsburger Allee, quartiere di residenza molto piacevole. Le persone sono molto cortese e di aiuto. Tutto è meglio organizzato. Camere e bagno erano spaziose e molto pulite, moderne e accogliente. Buffet per colazione era ampio e delizioso. Non è lontano dalla strada di montagna con negozi e molti ristoranti. Non ci sono ancora desideri aperti e ci rimettiamo qui alla nostra prossima visita a Francoforte.

Dopo diverse visite al ristorante «mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt», in cui potevo convincermi della cucina ideale, ho celebrato il mio compleanno circolare. Tutto era assolutamente buono e coerente; tutti i miei ospiti erano entusiasti. Il cibo offerto, i vini selezionati e i vini incrociati erano fantastici, ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto lasciare una parte del buffet per tutti. Era troppo ricco e l'offerta che ci è stata presentata di imballare i cibi prima di pulire, purtroppo non abbiamo notato nella nostra festa. Il servizio era sempre amichevole e molto preconveniente. Non possiamo accogliere gli ospiti, siamo decisi a tornare e a piacere.

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

L'hotel è situato sulla strada principale della stazione ferroviaria orientale. Parcheggi sono garantiti per €6. - dietro l'hotel con un ostacolo. La camera è tipica B&B - piccolo ma accogliente - bagno pulito e buono. Purtroppo non ci sono sedie giuste - solo hocker - per lavorare sul tavolo non è proprio ideale. La colazione è buona - non c'è una scelta enorme ma sufficiente. In generale molto buon prezzo/prestazione!

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 3 notti e abbiamo prenotato tramite booking. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono. Camera piccola ma pulita e letti molto comodi. Colazione non compresa ma si può fare colazione con 10 € a persona: caffetteria, succhi, yogurt, cereali, pane di vari tipi, salumi e formaggi, piccole brioches, pain du chocolat e palline di pasta fritta con zucchero. Colazione a buffet. Parcheggio sotto hotel a pagamento (intera giornata 12 € invece che 15)

You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug
