Nice hotel and in very good zone of the city

同一個房間訂了三次才完成訂單 酒店離展館算是比較近的，走路大概十分鐘 展會期間，房價會特別高 如果行程確定的話，建議選擇其他酒店

Der Service war gut und das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur Messe, ist jedoch etwas von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ca. 7-10 min zu Fuß ist die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Galluswarte entfernt. Theoretisch könnte man auch vom Hauptbahnhof in 20-30 min zum Hotel laufen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Auch wenn es direkt an den bahngleisen liegt und man hin und wieder Flugzeuge abheben hört. Aber das hat kaum gestört.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit entspanntem Personal. Zimmer sauber, ruhig und zweckmäßig. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Gerne wieder.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir une chambre du côté plus calme. Le service était bien et efficace. Petit point négatif pour la situation, l'hôtel étant dans un quartier qui se développe encore et qui ne semble pas toujours sur notamment le soir. Malgré tout, les transports sont facilement accessibles et le centre peut être atteint rapidement.

Albergo all'uscita della "Messe": location eccezionale e strategica per chi ci deve andare. Molto minimalista. Business Hotel. L'ho utilizzato solo per dormire e mi sono adeguato. Personale disponibile e socievole. Si può fare colazione a pagamento (non posso giudicare perchè non ho usufruito del servizio). Disponibile un bar nella Hall. WIFI gratuito. Positivo: Posizione strategica per la fiera. Negativo: camere molto piccole con un armadio (a vista) assolutamente sottodimensionato per 2 persone. Non era disponibile un'appendino per appoggiare un cappotto. Per il prezzo applicato (periodo fiera) dovrebbero pulire la camera e fare i letti senza che debba essere richiesto.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per una fiera. Purtroppo durante la prenotazione non mi sono accorta che la colazione non era compresa e non era neanche specificato dall'hotel. Ovviamente non c'era neanche un bar nelle vicinanze. La camera era veramente piccola, in 2 ci pestavamo i piedi. Non c'era nemmeno un attaccapanni per le giacche. Il bagno veramente piccolo, per stare comodi davanti allo specchio bisognava tenere la.porta aperta. Non esisteva un armadio per gli abiti, solo 5 appendini. Abbiamo dovuto mettere una delle valige sulla scrivania e l'altra chiusa in piedi a terra se non non si passava. Le pulizie erano un optional, se le volevamo dovevamo chiederle il giorno prima. Idem il cambio degli asciugamani. Veramente una pessima esperienza.

We were welcomed by the day shift but be aware of the night shift. They are running trix with the darts (there is a dart board) They give you darts with damaged darts. And take 20 EUR for security. Then they refuse to bay you back because darts are damaged. Flights were damaged and 3 darts cost less than 1 EUR They said that if they would not take the money, owners would take it from their salary (bulls...)

This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.

Quite disappointing experience. The good - near the Messe event center and nice and rich breakfast. The bad - you can hear the train passing every few minutes. No one cleaned my room or changed towels in my 3 nights stay. I thought it was because I didn’t ask to but when I checked out I heard a guest complaining that she asked twice to clean her room without a result. I read good comments about this hotel but…

Leider kann ich nichts positives schreiben bis auf das es in sehr guter Lage ist das Hotel. Es war viel zu heiß in den Zimmer… ACHTUNG dieses Hotel besitzt über KEINE Klimaanlage und sie müssen sich bei warmen Tagen drauf einstellen bei 30• zu schlafen. Was mich auch überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war das unprofesionelle auftreten der Dame an der Rezeption… Sehr arrogant und legt ein sehr kindisches Verhalten an den Tag. Schade das hat alles bestimmt viel Potenzial.

Parken ist nur in Parkhäusern, oder wenn man Glück hat, an der Europa-Allee. Zur Messe nur ein paar Schritte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Fenster sind sehr dicht, so dass man keinen Lärm hört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist Standard, das Platzangebot sehr knapp. Kleine Tische sind hipp, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.

J étais en voyage d'affaires et j ai séjourné dans cet hôtel qui est pas mal rappelle qualite prix. Le service est médiocre J ai trouvé que le petit déjeuner est cher 22 euro pour des choses basique lait, beurre, confiture....salle trop petite. Sans plus .
