Dopo aver effettuato una prenotazione per 3 persone in Corea, ho prenotato 2 camere per 1 notte il 17 novembre, ma 5 giorni prima del check-in, uno dei membri del mio gruppo ha annullato il viaggio a causa dell'influenza, quindi ho richiesto la cancellazione e poi ho prenotato nuovamente una camera, ma ho tardato a rispondere e ho effettuato la prenotazione il giorno stesso. Invia un messaggio di rifiuto cancellazione via email e fai il check-in Ho parlato con il bancone mentre ero lì, ma hanno dato la colpa alla piattaforma, e alla fine hanno pagato il prezzo di tre camere, e hanno parlato in tono sprezzante, le camere erano fredde, le camere erano sporche, hanno fatto pagare 10 euro per il parcheggio e l'ascensore era sotto shock perché era rotto il riduttore. Non è uno scherzo, non ho mai visto un albergo di fascia bassa come questo. È una bugia. Non c'è esagerazione e non c'è esagerazione. Piuttosto è ridotto solo ai fatti Assolutamente sì. Hotel staff is nice and the location is sitting closed to a nice river. Parking is available but it was full for me. I easily find a free of charge parking space along the river side very closed to the hotel which is nice.

Good choice for coming concert

I was here at the end of the July, breakfast were always ok but many flies surrounding. And there is no air conditioning as well. And the last time when I was there and I I found the partitions in the bathroom was collapsed! The 2nd time I was with my friend, the hotel did not check my schedule and throw away my friends stuff!!! They were super careless and not serious to their work unfortunately, I ask many times to different receptionists they seems didn't heard about my complaint and the most ridiculous was they throw away my friend's stuff !!! (iPhone cable) it's funny!? Finally they agree to reimburse my friend. ( hope they will) And their facilities on 1st floor was not friendly to people who was using wheelchair, and the 2nd check in has much improved however the shower was not for disabled people. If it never happened it was ok. Other than that the location was nice and the view also excellent.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich. Der Service ist erstklassig. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Wir haben dort für einen Tag übernachtet. Meine Reise diente geschäftlichen Zwecken. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Für den Preis ist es ok. Die Lage ist sehr gut 👍 Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

一定要住這裏，附近有條河，還有非常古老的街區，非常適合拍照錄視頻，散步遊玩，打卡，如果你開車過來，河道旁邊還有免費停車的地方，也很安全,很非常強烈推薦,這裏才是真正的local享受生活的地方
