The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

L'ingresso laterale della stazione centrale di Francoforte è dall'altra parte della strada e la posizione è molto comoda. La reception effettua il check-in self-service. Ci sono molte camere, il che è un po' labirintico. Le camere sono di dimensioni abbastanza adeguate e dispongono di una scrivania, di un bollitore e di un servizio di consegna dell'acqua. La mia preferita è la colazione. Rispetto alla colazione francese, questa è molto buona. Ci sono riso freddo, salsiccia tedesca, verdure miste all'indiana, zuppa di verdure appena preparata con riso, verdure e funghi saltati in padella e yogurt alla frutta.

I just returned from a stay your property and cut my trip short because I disliked this hotel so much. Not in any particular order, here are the issues: 1. unprofessional staff who are ill-trained to manage everything from check-in process to guest requests 2. you must use a QR code to order things like towels and other room essentials. Then a robot brings them to the room. However, when the robot brings the wrong items you must go through the ordering process again. 3. After the second time of the robot coming to the room and not being able to access the ordered supplies I called the front desk again to ask for a human to deliver these items 4. There were several other rude staff interactions like staff actually telling me they had programmed the robot in English to make it easy for me so what was my problem. It's apparent this entire staff had never been trained on customer service 5. breakfast - there were two adjoining rooms. One room was stocked with offerings and no seats. The second room had empty trays of breakfast items but plenty of seats. I had to walk back and forth between the rooms to find items to eat. 6. Horribly designed shower and no matter how tightly sliding door is closed, the water completely soaks the bath mat and floor 7. upon checkout in the final act of unprofessionalism, the person checking me out never said thank you for staying with us and may I help you with your luggage to the taxi outside. This was at 5:00AM with nobody besides me in the lobby. I have no idea why this hotel is rated even 3 stars. It is horrible. My advice is to stay anyplace else but this hotel!

Hotel carino, molto pulito e grande ambiente in tutte le aree pubbliche. Fantastico buffet per colazione con le scelte fresche e eccellenti fredde. La stanza era una bella dimensione, bellamente gocciata bagno, e un sacco di acqua calda. Anche la vista era grande. Il letto era confortevole con due cucchiai fluffy (solo uno usato). Il bar era molto buono e ragionevolmente prezzi. Il personale era amichevole e utile e offreva un colazione per andare al nostro primo viaggio. Ho notato un prezzo di 2 euro per prendere in prestito un ombrello, che sembrava piccolo. La posizione è perfetta, accanto al fiume, molti ristoranti vicino. La vecchia città è a circa 15 minuti a piedi, e la stazione principale treni a 30 minuti a piedi o 15 minuti a # 11 bus (la stazione Ostend è chiusa ma è solo a 4 minuti a piedi). L'aeroporto è l'altra parte della città, quindi circa 30 minuti a piedi. Si consiglia molto questo hotel per i visitatori a Francoforte.

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

One of Frankfurt’s largest event halls and the shopping center Skyline Plaza are within walking distance to the hotel. All rooms are on the floors 26-44 and feature a contemporary design. They are equipped with high-speed and Wi-Fi Internet access, 42 inch full HD LCD TVs, air-conditioning, refrigerator, full size safes, flat iron and ironing board. 23 modern conference rooms, a 24-hour business center and Frankfurt's largest ballroom with 8,331 sq. ft. of meeting space, separable into two sections and with a large window front, as well as the 1,772 sq. ft. large foyer for exhibitions make this a prime meeting and conference venue in Frankfurt city. Additional comfort is provided by the M Club Lounge and a 24-hour fitness center with sauna. Three hotel's restaurant outlets offer a variety of options. Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof central train station is only minutes away and can be reached easily by tram which stops directly in front of the hotel. Frankfurt International Airport is only 15km away and can also be reached by public transport hassle free.

Francamente, questo Marriott mi ha venduto su tutti i Marriott. Ci hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo e ci hanno dato un aggiornamento complimentare. Pensavo che forse sarebbe stata una stanza più grande o un piano più alto, ma non è solo questo - essendoci a mangiare gratuitamente durante il nostro soggiorno in città. La distribuzione del colazione è di morire per (un gilet pieno di miele e carafede di mela erano i punti di accento per me) e il club era accessibile 24/7, quindi potremmo semplicemente entrare per prendere caffè o bottiglia d'acqua (in imballaggio sostenibile di cartone, in realtà) per andare. L'ora felice della sera è l'ora più felice: basta un buffet pieno di cena che cambia da un giorno all'altro. In realtà, invece di andare in città, mio fratello e io abbiamo appena sedeto davanti al fuoco nel salone, bevendo birre regionali, vini e mimosa (insieme a un delizioso panino adesivo con salsa di vaniglia). In serio, potrei andare in giro su questo posto. Personale amichevole, alloggi confortevoli, tutta la gamma di toletta di qualità - molto meglio di quanto ho usato in grandi città europee. Rimarrò qui ogni volta che torno a Francoforte.

Albergo all'uscita della ”Messe”: location eccezionale e strategica per chi ci deve andare. Molto minimalista. Business Hotel. L'ho utilizzato solo per dormire e mi sono adeguato. Personale disponibile e socievole. Si può fare colazione a pagamento (non posso giudicare perchè non ho usufruito del servizio). Disponibile un bar nella Hall. WIFI gratuito. Positivo: Posizione strategica per la fiera. Negativo: camere molto piccole con un armadio (a vista) assolutamente sottodimensionato per 2 persone. Non era disponibile un'appendino per appoggiare un cappotto. Per il prezzo applicato (periodo fiera) dovrebbero pulire la camera e fare i letti senza che debba essere richiesto.

L’Hotel è veramente vicino al centro,praticamente in auto sono 5 minuti ,buona struttura in media con tutti i Novotel , ci siamo trovati bene,e se si è a Francoforte anche di passaggio per una sola notte lo consiglio.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting a trade fair at the Messe. The hotel rooms are a decent size and clean. The shower and bathroom facilities were good. The location was quite handy for the Messe and for Frankfurt city itself, with the tram stop being just 2 minutes from the hotel lobby. The breakfast was ok. Could do with a little more choice on cooked food, but plenty of choice in the continental section. The bar is relaxed and well priced. The only negative was the queue for check in which I’ve seen commented on elsewhere. Yes it was probably a very busy week for the hotel , but it took almost 30 minutes to queue up and check in. When you only are staying for 1 night and you are checking in inbetween attending an exhibition and then rushing back out to entertain clients it was very frustrating. The self check-in machines in reception were not operating. If it hadn’t been for that experience I would have rated the hotel excellent.

Good hotel located close to the airport about 15 min walk. Had my flight cancelled and had to wait for 10h. It was a good option to relax.
Service attentive. Only thing is that I had to wait about 45 min for them to receive the reservation arranged on spot through trip app.
Gave us water and ice cream while waiting.
Bathroom is clean. Bed pretty good also.
Would go back for an emergency again.

UUtente ospiteAdorava questo hotel. Se tornassimo a Francoforte, restiamo qui di nuovo. E 'in una grande posizione che è camminabile a tutto. E ' essenzialmente centro della città e c'è una tonnellata da fare proprio fuori dalla vostra porta. Il servizio era perfetto, tutti sono davvero amichevoli e utili. Offrono un bel colazione al mattino. L'hotel puzza sempre fresca e pulita. La camera è davvero bello con un letto confortevole e una grande bagno. Questo è collegato all'hotel moxy e il bar moxy/lounge è aperto 24/7 che è davvero cool perché è ben configurato per se si vuole mangiare, giocare, solo rilassare, ecc. è davvero facile ottenere un taxi perché possono chiamare uno per voi o si può usare il La macchina di chiamata del taxi al di sopra del desktop. Premi una volta per il contante e due volte per il pagamento della carta. Super facile. Solo una testa in alto: a volte si dimenticano di dirvi che la chiave della tua stanza controlla l'elettricità nella stanza, quindi se non lo sai già, non panico se niente funziona quando si entra nella tua stanza. Devi scorrere una delle chiavi della stanza nel portale della carta all'interno della stanza accanto alla porta anteriore e tutto si accende. Cucina completa e utensili, tazze, cucina, lavastoviglie, frigorifero in camera se si desidera risparmiare sui cibi e cucinare nella sua camera. Inoltre, hanno lavanderia disponibile se si deve fare lavanderia che si possono ottenere i simboli per un paio di euro. Mi piaceva questo posto e la posizione.

EeinrayLa posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. Un taxi per l'aeroporto costa circa 30 euro. È anche vicino alla metropolitana e a sole 2 fermate dalla stazione centrale di Francoforte. Accanto c'è il centro commerciale Sky Plaza, che vende vari marchi, tra cui i cosmeceutici DM's, le penne LAMY, BOSS e altri capi di abbigliamento. Inoltre è molto comodo mangiare in centro. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nei dintorni dell'hotel, inclusi diversi ristoranti cinesi. Anche il supermercato REWE è molto vicino, il che rende lo shopping molto conveniente. Le dimensioni delle camere e i servizi igienici sono molto buoni, raggiungendo gli standard degli Hilton nazionali. L'unico inconveniente è che la colazione non è molto adatta allo stomaco cinese😁

The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase.
However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone.
At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well.
It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed.
This is a serious safety hazard.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel, siamo arrivati presto dal nostro volo americano e il personale è stato in grado di ottenere una stanza immediatamente, anche se era poche ore prima dell'arrivo. Lo apprezziamo davvero, perché siamo tutti stanchi dopo il lungo volo e abbiamo avuto due bambini stanchi nella nostra festa. Il loro colazione è davvero buono e ben conservato e pulito. Ci è piaciuto entrambi le mattine. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dall'aeroporto e si trova a circa 40 Euros in un camion o Uber. Romer (centro della città) è a circa 10-15 minuti da qui (circa 12 Euros in Uber). A due giorni di distanza, siamo riusciti a sperimentare il meraviglioso mercato di Natale di Francoforte. La parte migliore di questo hotel è stata il personale. Erano davvero benvenuti, aiutanti, professionali e orgogliosi dei loro lavori. Tutte le interazioni con il desk front sono state fantastiche e la signora che gestisce la zona di colazione lavorava molto duramente per mantenere la zona pulita e il cibo ben conservato. Kudos al personale di questo hotel! Noi abbiamo notato due piccole questioni con questo hotel. Un problema è che non ci sono ristoranti o negozi vicino. Sembra un'area industriale. Per attenuare questo, l'hotel dispone di pizza nelle notti. Il secondo problema è che le camere erano troppo calde. Poiché l'AC non si è avviata durante l'inverno, l'unica opzione per rendere la temperatura della camera più accettabile è stata aprire le finestre, che hanno reso la stanza rumorosa a causa delle auto che guidano in strada in prossimità. I bianchi forniti erano più come confortanti, quindi non potevamo usarli affatto.L'hotel dovrebbe trovare un modo per risolvere questo problema. In generale, ci è stato davvero piacere stare in questo hotel e lo considereremo certamente, se intendiamo trascorrere il tempo più vicino al centro della città.

9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.

UUtente ospiteMy first impression was not bad, but it got worse and worse. I was able to check in early, which was aprreciated, but nothing was explained to me about any facilities of the hotel. I hence had some bad surprises during my stay that could have been avoided. Our room was so noisy, with mediocre music vibrating through the room until very late and very loud. it was impossible to sleep, which is a shame when you stay in a hotel. I kind of expect to get a good night sleep in a hotel. I slept 2 hours. We first thought there was a nightclub nearby but I then discovered that it is actually the bar of the hotel right underneath our room!! Why?? I discovered just now reading recent tripadvisor reviews that the bar is smoker friendly. That explains why a smell of smoke prevailed in the lobby and corridor upstairs aswell!! I thought the hotel was non smoking. Had I known, I would have never booked, since I have a hatred for smoke. It could at least have been mentioned during the checkin. Finally, during the checkout, the cold receptionist didn't even ask me how was my stay (basics!!), so I didn't have the chance to express my disappointment. A positive point would be the 5€ voucher given if you choose to decline housekeeping.

L'hotel è situato nel centro della stazione ferroviaria di Francoforte, che certamente non è tra i quartieri più sicuri e più sicuri della città (polveri, senzatetto, droga, criminalità). Ho prenotato consapevolmente l'hotel nonostante la posizione (ha comunque una buona connessione), ma ero molto spaventato e sorpreso dalla mancanza di sicurezza dell'hotel: ogni passeggero stradale può senza problemi alle camere dell'hotel La Commissione ha inoltre sottolineato che la proposta di direttiva del Consiglio relativa alla protezione dei lavoratori contro i rischi derivanti dalla sicurezza dei trasporti su strada, non è stata approvata dal Consiglio. La mia stanza era piuttosto incantevole (punti sui tappeti, matite molto morbide, nessuna tagliatrice di matite) e semplice/a buon mercato, che non è sorprendente al prezzo, e molto luminosa. Mi ha sorpreso però la mancanza di pulizia: capelli sul pavimento, strati di polvere spesso sui piedi, interruttori di luce e co. acqua sul armature, doccia, sporchi bagni ... Purtroppo la mia amichevole richiesta per la La prima notte, ripulire la stanza in modo approfondito, non ha portato nulla. La mia esperienza con il personale è cresciuta: la mia richiesta di pulizia è stata accolta molto gentile dal portatore del mattino. Il portale serale, responsabile della ricezione e della fatturazione, era completamente inprofessionale, troppo caro e inamichevole. Non mi consiglierei di stare in questo hotel, perché non mi sono sentito in modo sicuro e non mi sono mai sentito in modo sicuro.
