Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group . The room we had was a bit dated but there was a great view of the city , shame we didn’t have a balcony to enjoy it more. Not much room for suitcases , we perched one across 2 chairs . Bed was ok , sadly no walk in shower . Staff were nice , friendly & helpful. Dinner & breakfasts were included. There was enough choice to find something you liked for both dinners . Breakfast was good . Drinks were ok , not unreasonable prices for a hotel . Surprised there was no water in our room on second day . I did ask & was told they only supply it on day one , then you have to purchase it . A bit odd as they surly don’t want you cleaning your teeth in tap water ……oh well . There was a nice terrace with views of the city & comfy sofas . Swimming pool looked ok & there were sunbeds on the terrace which we used . It was overall a pleasant stay .

First of all, this is absolutely a 5-star hotel in terms of the physical property. The building is breathtaking, the location is perfect, the services offered, from the in-house restaurant to the spa to the rooms are really quite difficult to fault, at least on paper. Unfortunately, this is where the good seems to end. There are a number of recent reviews heavily criticizing the service here. We decided to ignore them, figuring it was likely just a few one-off bad experienced, and that ours would be better. This was a mistake. The service is some of the worst I have received period, from any hotel. The full list of complaints is too long and detailed to really convey here, but suffice to say, the short of it is that we were constantly made to feel a burden to the staff. At every turn, it seems they tried to do as little as possible to assist. One such example, when we asked if they could spell the name of a restaurant they suggested, we were told ”no.” Didn't ask if they could make a reservation for us, escort us to there, or even (god forbid) print out a map or listing of the restaurant, just asked to spell it. When we arrive our first night to a shower drain that failed to function, we had to try 4 separate times to get it repaired, each time them sending up the same person, a bellhop, to do the work, and telling us that we were wrong that the drain was broken. The video we have of the shower overflowing after each ”repair” would seem to suggest we weren't indeed wrong. We asked prior to arrival if they could arrange shipping of some souvenirs home, they assured us it wasn't a problem, I'll let you guess how that turned out. Service was bad to the point that one evening, the bartender running the rooftop bar, which was losing power every few minutes and staffed by one sole bartender for 40+ guests, was evening complaining. The list goes on for much longer, and in some cases, more egregious offenses. Worst of all, when we reached out to the property to share our experience, they failed to even reply. No apology, no cut and paste PR reply, not even an email confirming they had received our (now numerous) emails - just radio silence. The primary issue seemed to be two fold, the first being that the hotel is understaffed, the second being that (some of) the staff that was there seemed to be poorly trained in hospitality. Really, there are too many great Riads and other accommodations in Fes to bother staying here - do yourself a favor and find another.

HASSAN ha fatto il nostro viaggio! La sua gentilezza, la sua ospitalità, i suoi servizi e il suo cuore hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente indimenticabile. Il Riad è di altissimo livello, pulizia, minibar, estetica, terrazza panoramica, tv con netflix, cene, location .. tutto. Il titolare che ci ha fatto il check-in parlava anche italiano Grazie Hassan ＜3 Il Riad si trova all'interno della medina, per arrivarci è facilissimo perdersi. Basta seguire le frecce consigliate dell' hotel per trovare la propria strada nel labirinto della medina. Di sera la zona non sembra molto tranquilla, imparate bene la strada per raggiungere il riad.

Ha sido maravilloso encontrar un sitio con un equipo tan acogedor y tan amable, que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El riad es precioso, está impecable, muy bien ubicado y no nos ha faltado absolutamente de nada. El riad no solo lo hace el equipamiento sino también las personas, y en el caso de Dar Atlantic, en ambos sentidos ha sido una experiencia excelente.

C'è un parcheggio separato, la stanza è uno stile marocchino tradizionale, il divano e la pittura di mobili decorati nella sala sono molto caratteristici, adatto per fotografare la carta, la finestra della stanza è un po'piccola, la luce è un po' oscura. Inoltre, non c'è una porta all'esterno dell'hotel nel suo complesso. Due porte sono state chiuse molto severamente. Una porta è andata in strada dopo che è uscito. Manca un cortile aperto e trasparente. Spero che possa essere modificato e migliorato.

Ha sido todo un acierto alojarnos aquí. Ahmed nos ha ayudado desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva. Con recomendaciones, traslados desde el aeropuerto, durante nuestra estancia... La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El desayuno muy abundante, maravilloso para aguantar todo el día andando por la Medina. Y la terraza una maravilla para relaj**** a última hora del día. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Fez!!

Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati trattati con il più alto rispetto e amicizia dal proprietario, Mohammed, e da tutta la famiglia e il personale. Riad era facile da trovare e molto ben posizionato nella medina. Il servizio del colazione sulla terrazza era eccellente. Mohammed è andato oltre e sopra la «chiamata di dovere» e ci ha dato un eccellente tour privato della medina. Non possiamo ringraziarlo abbastanza. La visita a Fès è stata lasciata con un senso di paura, divertenza, interesse e relax che si è concentrato intorno a Lala Zahra .
