I migliori hotel con spa a Fez

Purtroppo devo confermare le altre recensioni. L’hotel non è all’altezza dei servizi marriot. Intanto avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, gli arredi iniziano a essere vecchi, così come la struttura. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi, tutti segnalati in fase di pagamento e durante il soggiorno: - la camera su due piani aveva un problema di riscaldamento al piano inferiore, segnalato alla reception è prontamente arrivato un uomo con una stufetta (problema quindi già ampiamente conosciuto). Ci è stato detto che c’era un problema elettrico, che l’indomani lo avrebbero risolto, ovviamente così non è stato. 3 notti Con stufetta - la terza notte abbiamo dovuto spegnerla perché ha fatto una scintilla, con il rischio di incendiarci tutti. - il bagno sempre la terza notte ci siamo svegliati ed era completamente allagato per motivi a me sconosciuti, io sono caduta è scivolata - il primo giorno le pulizie non sono state fatte perché alle 15 eravamo in camera, ci siamo accordati per le 18 ma nessuno ha pulito - il pub ristorante inglese cibo immangiabile, il club sandwich imbarazzante e nessun tipo di insalata ordinabile - colazione ok ma non da 5 stelle - bancomat prelievo sempre stato fuori uso Una menzione positiva, l’unica per la quale NOn do zero stelle è il ristorante marocchino, buono davvero e con personale molto gentile.

L'hotel si trova nei dintorni del Palazzo Reale e del quartiere ebraico e le camere lato piscina godono di vista sulla medina. È dotato di parcheggio interno. La hall è, come spesso avviene in queste strutture, di enormi dimensioni ma le camere ed I bagni hanno necessità di essere ristrutturate; il mobilio è datato ed il bagno è dotato di una vasca da bagno/doccia particolarmente pericolosa per quanto riguarda l'accessibilità. Buona la colazione servita al piano piscina, non testati i ristoranti. Un consiglio a chi intende andare in taxi alla medina: durante il giorno tariffe nella media mentre alla sera per 2 volte si è presentato lo stesso taxista disonesto con tariffa fissa 50 dirham. Ritengo che, essendo chiamato da chi si trova alla sbarra di ingresso hotel non si tratti di una coincidenza che arrivi sempre lui! La seconda sera avendo atteso mezz'ora che arrivasse ci siamo resi conto che basta uscire dall'hotel e fermarsi fronte strada, fermare il primo taxi che passa e spendere meno della metà.

L'hotel di populismo è situato nella vecchia città di Mediterraneo. Il taxi dove camminare ha bisogno di circa 500 metri. Ci sono aiuti a trascinare i bagagli sul lato della strada. La porta dell'hotel è troppo piccola. Le scale sono come le scale montane. È un po'insolito, ma il popolo marocchino è così, la maggior parte di loro. Non usare il cielo del buco (vedi immagine) 👍 L'hotel è molto buono, molto pulito, il servizio è anche molto attento, la colazione della stanza è abbastanza appropriata, ma la cerimonia è piena di 😊 l'hotel lobby (Salone/sala) e la piazza del tetto sono grandi, l'uso completo della zona pubblica è molto perfetto, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto e la vita è felice.Raccomandazione 👍

Struttura stupenda, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto pulita. La camera pulitissima e molto grande. Un grazie alle signore che sistemavano la camera che è sempre stata pulita e profumata. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile ad accontentare ogni più piccola esigenza. Colazione molto abbondante e buonissima ed il personale molto gentile e sorridente. Abbiamo cenato presso la struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti perché il cibo era buonissimo. Sama, signora delle reception, gentilissima e molto attenta alle nostre richieste, sempre presente e sorridente. Grazie a tutti perché ci avete fatto vivere una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente

È un hotel molto vecchio, ma ci sono tracce di buona gestione. Ma la ricezione è anche il Marocco. Poiché non c'è nessun senso di servizio, sono annoiati mentre parlano l'uno con l'altro davanti agli ospiti. ㅋㅋㅋ Inevitabile mente ^^ Altro che, tutti sono amici, ma devi dormire all'interno ㅠ. Subito, la stanza pulisce e apre la porta subito ~ chiudere all'interno ^^ Il colazione è il livello locale di colazione, ma fermati .. Il caffè e il succo sono buoni

Riad Sabah is a sanctuary from the busy-ness of Fes, tucked away but still close. I had a very pleasant stay here in a single room with all the amenities I needed. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day, with a fruit salad, yoghurt, breads and conserves. I had a private hammam on site which was arranged within a couple of hours (has to be pre-heated) and was excellent.

Siamo stati 4 notti al Palais Faraj e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il palazzo storico è già di per sé un buon motivo per soggiornare, in più la Spa funziona benissimo, la piscina è bella e tranquilla, il ristorante sulla terrazza è strepitoso (sia come cibo che come vista). Il personale è molto gentile e risolve ogni questione! Abbiamo anche avuto una camera particolarmente grande e luminosa (un upgrade)!

First of all, this is absolutely a 5-star hotel in terms of the physical property. The building is breathtaking, the location is perfect, the services offered, from the in-house restaurant to the spa to the rooms are really quite difficult to fault, at least on paper. Unfortunately, this is where the good seems to end. There are a number of recent reviews heavily criticizing the service here. We decided to ignore them, figuring it was likely just a few one-off bad experienced, and that ours would be better. This was a mistake. The service is some of the worst I have received period, from any hotel. The full list of complaints is too long and detailed to really convey here, but suffice to say, the short of it is that we were constantly made to feel a burden to the staff. At every turn, it seems they tried to do as little as possible to assist. One such example, when we asked if they could spell the name of a restaurant they suggested, we were told ”no.” Didn't ask if they could make a reservation for us, escort us to there, or even (god forbid) print out a map or listing of the restaurant, just asked to spell it. When we arrive our first night to a shower drain that failed to function, we had to try 4 separate times to get it repaired, each time them sending up the same person, a bellhop, to do the work, and telling us that we were wrong that the drain was broken. The video we have of the shower overflowing after each ”repair” would seem to suggest we weren't indeed wrong. We asked prior to arrival if they could arrange shipping of some souvenirs home, they assured us it wasn't a problem, I'll let you guess how that turned out. Service was bad to the point that one evening, the bartender running the rooftop bar, which was losing power every few minutes and staffed by one sole bartender for 40+ guests, was evening complaining. The list goes on for much longer, and in some cases, more egregious offenses. Worst of all, when we reached out to the property to share our experience, they failed to even reply. No apology, no cut and paste PR reply, not even an email confirming they had received our (now numerous) emails - just radio silence. The primary issue seemed to be two fold, the first being that the hotel is understaffed, the second being that (some of) the staff that was there seemed to be poorly trained in hospitality. Really, there are too many great Riads and other accommodations in Fes to bother staying here - do yourself a favor and find another.

Non so del resto dell'ospite nelle loro recensioni. Abbiamo un feedback più positivo. Abbiamo avuto un splendido soggiorno notturno e la stanza era pulita con un adorabile bagno che serve il nostro scopo. Tuttavia, dovrebbero offrire più canali TV di lingua inglese. Ci piace, ma resta una notte piacevole.
