Ho prenotato tre notti e ho controllato online come membro di onore, quindi ho scelto la nostra stanza specificamente per la prima posizione del piano. L'hotel è arrivato alle 17:15 e non solo abbiamo dovuto aspettare la nostra stanza, ma dopo 20 minuti di attesa siamo andati al dipartimento e scopriamo che siamo al terzo piano. Il primo giorno lasciamo la nostra stanza alle 10:30 e tornammo alle 4:00 e la stanza non era servita. Il letto era fatto male e ci erano nuovi asciugamani colpiti sulla vanità, ma è così. La spazzatura non era vuota, la spazzatura non era vuota. Il secondo giorno - peggio. Abbiamo lasciato la nostra stanza alle 9:00 e tornato a circa le 4:00 e non c'era niente. Sono andato al dipartimento, mi ha espresso la mia delusione e mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe arrivato presto. 35 minuti dopo qualcuno è apparso. Non ha fatto il minimo assoluto - niente nella stanza è stato riempito - nessuna nuova tovagliola, nessuna acqua, nessun caffè. Anche se mi rendo conto che è difficile trovare i dipendenti in questi giorni, sembra logico che non riempire più stanze di quanto possa gestire. Sarebbe anche saggio controllare il registro e vedere chi sta e chi sta andando. Se il check-in dopo 3 è la politica (che sembra fluido comunque), allora fare le camere che sono occupate prima e le camere che sono vuote ultimamente. La gestione deve gestire.
