Un hotel molto caldo e confortevole. Si vede che ogni angolo è stato studiato con cura e tante piccole cose aspettano che gli ospiti le scoprano. Anche i ristoranti a Linhai sono buoni, il personale Shawnte è molto buono, mi piace molto il cibo che consiglia?

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Grenada, staying at Royalton. It is fair to say that I had read many mixed reviews before I went, but I’m a true believer that everyone has different expectations of their holiday and what is important to them. Some of the concerns that had been flagged by others I decided that I would be aware of but go and see for myself. I’m so pleased that I did. The Grenadian people are very welcoming and friendly. They are justifiably proud of their country and want you to experience and enjoy it as much as they do. Our experience was that this also applied to every Royalton member of staff that we came into contact with. We smiled and said hello to everyone and they reciprocated, often stopping for a chat. We did upgrade to Diamond Club and our butlers were Milano and Yolanda. They were fantastic and helped us out on a number of occasions with requests. It is fair to say that we probably used their services to plug gaps in the overall management of the hotel which shouldn’t have been necessary. For instance the Chill Out bar regularly ran out of drinks (alcoholic and sodas) which were available elsewhere in the hotel. Unfortunately there was no slick process to move stock around so we got in touch with our butler to bring the drinks for us. Clearly this was improper use of the service but the hotel does need to improve their food and beverage approach to better meet the needs of their customers. We had breakfast at Grazie, courtesy of having upgraded to Diamond Club and we had amazing service from Devon, Victor, Chelsea M, Kimberly and Davidson. Nothing was too much trouble and they made time to chat to us every morning. We participated in the morning Aqua Fit classes most days and must give a shout out to Kelson, Christal and Jeremy who gave us a great workout. They always made a point of engaging with everyone around the pool to find out whether we were enjoying our holidays and spend some time promoting the other activities available such as Yoga and the morning walks. The Vibe Team provided endless fun and entertainment throughout our stay with quizzes and competitions. There were activities by the pool and also by the sports bar in an evening. Our heartfelt thanks for making our holiday very special and entertaining go to Malcom, George, Danielle, Kaiana, Kaunda and DJ Kaotic. An amazing team. Of the speciality restaurants we really enjoyed both Grazie and Taj. Thanks go to Rochel at Grazie and Kashima at Taj for looking after us so well during our visits. We did spend some time in the Diamond Club lounge area on occasion and would like to say thank you to Al Brad and Camella for looking after us and making us laugh so much. Overall we had an amazing holiday – if I could make one improvement it would be the availability of drinks. If I can have a particular drink at one bar, it should be available at all bars. Sandals Grenada did not disappoint. First time staying at a Sandals adults only. We stayed in the Italian Bi Level one bedroom butler suite with balcony tranquility soaking tub category OB1B. Location of building was great, resort is not huge so it does not take a long time to get around. We felt extremely spoiled the whole week, it was having the butler service as we did not have to worry about anything, they took care of it all everyday, they set us up on the beach with chairs/shade/cooler filled with our favorite beverages, did the same if we wanted to go to either pool. They made all our dinner reservations for each evening, we enjoyed every restaurant, the food was good and had many choices at each restaurant whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. We ordered breakfast to our room a few times, everything comes hot and how you requested, just takes about an hour once you place order with the butler. You can get snacks and other stuff pretty much anytime you want. Loved the cappuccinos at the Cafe de Paris & my hubby liked all the treats/gelato there. Took the afternoon boat tour from resort, this was great, it tours the island by water about an hour long, be prepared to get wet getting in & out of boat by entering in waist deep water. Everyone working at resort is super friendly. Our butler team consisted of Akim, Dennis & Kirt, shoutout to them, they are absolutely AMAZING, they handled all planning of or making any reservations for any excursions or spa treatments etc. We had massages at spa & they were fantastic. There is great entertainment every night. Activities during the day. Housekeeping was excellent, room was super clean, loved all the extra towels that we didn't have to ask for, loved the padded hangers in the closet. Enjoyed the balcony everyday/evening. Enjoyed swimming in the ocean everyday, the water is super clear and warm, good for your soul. Grenada was beautiful and the Sandals resort is also beautifully landscaped & has awesome views. The butler service was worth it for us, it really made the trip super stress free and relaxing. Thanks again AKIM, DENNIS & KIRT you totally spoiled us!
