Shandong, Cina: hotel con terme

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

중국에서 여러 호텔에 숙박해봤지만, 이곳은 손에 꼽을 정도로 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다. 객실은 매우 쾌적하고 깨끗했으며, 불쾌한 냄새도 전혀 나지 않아 머무는 동안 정말 편안했습니다. 온천 시설도 물이 아주 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 기분 좋게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 직원분들이 모두 정말 친절했습니다. 마주칠 때마다 항상 웃으며 인사해주셔서 숙박하는 동안 직원들의 따뜻한 서비스가 특히 인상적이었습니다. 조식도 음식 종류가 다양했고, 식당 역시 넓고 깨끗해서 편안하게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 또한 호텔 내부의 정원이 정말 잘 관리되어 있어서 산책하면서 사진을 여러 장 찍을 수밖에 없었습니다. 곳곳이 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있고 아름다워서 호텔 자체를 구경하는 재미도 있었습니다. 전체적으로 객실, 온천, 조식, 정원, 직원 서비스까지 어느 하나 아쉬운 점 없이 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 기회가 된다면 앞으로도 자주 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 편안하고 기분 좋은 시간을 보내고 싶은 분들에게 추천하고 싶습니다. 在中国住过很多酒店，但这家真的算是我住过的酒店里数一数三的，整体体验非常好！ 房间非常干净、整洁，也很舒适，完全没有任何异味，住起来特别舒服。温泉的水也非常干净，整体卫生和管理都让人很满意。 最让我印象深刻的是酒店的工作人员，每个人都非常热情、友好。每次见到我们都会微笑着打招呼，让我们在住宿期间一直感觉很愉快。 早餐的种类也很丰富，选择很多，而且餐厅又宽敞又干净，用餐环境非常舒服。 酒店里的花园也维护得特别好，环境优美、干净整洁，忍不住拍了很多照片。整个酒店的环境都让人感觉很放松。 总的来说，这次入住真的非常满意，无论是房间、温泉、早餐、环境还是服务，都给我留下了很好的印象。如果以后有机会，我一定还会再来，也希望以后可以经常来这里住。非常值得推荐！

Sono andato con il mio bambino di un anno e ho soggiornato nella stanza Lezhi, che ha diverse piccole scale. Al bambino piace molto salire le scale e si è divertito molto a giocare nella stanza. Durante il giorno il bambino non osava andare al mare. Dopo aver giocato sulla vicina spiaggia, tornava nella stanza e soffiava sul condizionatore, poteva godersi la bellissima vista del mare Non penso che il tempo trascorso a giocare fuori sia stato sprecato perché è rimasto nella stanza. Inoltre, erano circa le 21:00 quando abbiamo fatto il check-in. Gli amici del negozio erano tutti molto gentili e ci hanno aiutato a parcheggiare l'auto e a ritirare i bagagli. Dopo che tutto era stato preparato, ho guardato il mare sulla strada davanti alla porta. Potrebbero essere stati i fuochi d'artificio che coincidevano con il giorno di San Valentino cinese. Ci sono anche le onde nelle vicinanze, il che mi fa sentire meglio il cuore dopo essere rimasto bloccato nel traffico in autostrada tutto il giorno. All'improvviso ho avuto voglia di bere un caffè Anche se la macchina del caffè si era fermata, la signora del negozio è stata molto paziente e ce l'ha fatta. Excellent complimentary breakfast in Chinese style, excellent swimming pool for families！very close to a local market (around 5 min walking ) - great to learn about local culture. something that needs to be improved: 1) some guests are smoking inside the hotel including lobby and restaurant - my family is sensitive to the smell but no other choices. A common problem very challenging for all hotels in China. 2) a side table between two beds has very sharp corners - when kids play around it, may get hurt 3) hotel may not offer match in the hotel - it is kind of encouraging people smoking inside the room 4) there is sign reading “ no smoking in the bed”. It indicates that it is ok to smoke as long as not in the bed. 5) breakfast is great during weekdays and “restricted supply” during weekends when a big tour group is there. 6） first time I know, a 4-star hotel does not have air conditioning (AC) in May, even it is 30 Celsius outside. This hotel will open AC probably in June.

I went on a solo trip and this was my first time to Qingdao. I was looking for a quiet place to decompress, near the sea and mountains and this accommodation was perfect for it. Room was amazing with the view of the sunset, there is a coffee shop downstairs with good coffee, staff were friendly, breakfast was great (home made style and it was yummy!). It was also walkable to the mountains, and you can take bus 618 just outside the accommodation to do the scenic bus ride. I went in low season so it was very very quiet but exactly what I needed. The cats at the accommodation were an added bonus .

The moment I step in the hotel, can smell the herbal scent which is very soothing. Room is big and comfortable. Upgraded to family room with a sauna which was great. Love the herbal hot spring, very relaxing. The service was very good, especially 小懂， he was very helpful and always patient and polite. I would say of all my stays in this trip, this has the best service. Beddings and pillow were clean and fluffy like 5 stars hotel. On the side note, location of the hotel is abit out of way, have to walk a while to get to eateries. But there’s always food delivery so it’s ok. And there’s a convenience store at the lobby. Design and layout of room can be abit better, the window between the hot spring area and beds were too bright for a good sleep so it will be good to put up a curtain or blind there.

來嶗山度假選到這家海景民宿真的太驚喜！位置絕佳，推窗就是大海，背靠嶗山，山海景色盡收眼底。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，露台視野超棒，清晨可以看海上日出，傍晚吹着海風看落日，氛圍感拉滿。老闆和工作人員特別熱情貼心，會幫忙推薦遊玩路線、趕海點位，有問題響應很快。公共區域佈置很有格調，拍照很出片。躺在床上聽海浪聲入睡，度假感直接拉滿，下次來嶗山還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

It is a good hotel with beautiful views, located close to many tourist attractions such as Patta Guan and Beach No. 3. It is about a 600-meter walk to the subway station, The housekeeping staff provided excellent service. Even though we informed them that room cleaning was not required, they still replenished the amenities and left them in front of the room.
