Il servizio del maggiordomo personale Tongtong è molto buono. La camera non era pronta quando sono andato lì. Mi ha aiutato a richiedere la tessera della camera e mi ha informato del check-in Faceva un po' freddo nella stanza di notte. Ho contattato e inviato un riscaldatore d'aria. Ci sono troppe persone nelle sorgenti termali e l'esperienza è nella media. C'è una tariffa per il simpatico paradiso degli animali domestici e 138/2 persone pagano un extra per l'alimentazione, il che è un po' costoso. Nell'hotel ci sono anche i pony e i bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo a cavalcarli. Ho anche guardato lo spettacolo. In generale, il viaggio è stato piacevole e i miei bambini l'hanno adorato💕

Services: The hotel arrival experience was average; some staff members were friendly, while others came across as quite stern. The person who assisted with my luggage seemed a bit unfriendly, which made me hesitant to ask him any questions. The rest of the staff were generally fine, though. I appreciated the birthday cake and the decorations in my room, which certainly added to the experience. However, the overall warmth and hospitality from the staff were lacking. One moment that I found slightly insulting was when a staff member asked me if I had taken their hotel room pouch while I was waiting for my taxi to my next hotel. It felt as though they suspected me of theft. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower caps, and I was too fatigued from jet lag to request them. Fortunately, I had packed my own toothbrush. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided a much better service than the hotel staff. They were polite and accommodating, in contrast to the person who assisted me with my luggage and drove the golf cart. His tone was quite off-putting, making him seem unapproachable and even confrontational at times. Facilities: The bathroom was somewhat dated, with some corners showing signs of mold. The room itself was a bit dimly lit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen and the performance of ”长恨歌!” 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Conclusion: The money spent was well worth it for the private onsen and the VIP tickets to the ”长恨歌” show! It was truly a fantastic experience and well worth seeing.

La qualità della stanza è molto buona, la superficie è grande e la disposizione è anche molto ragionevole. Non è troppo caldo o freddo per aprire il letto con aria condizionata di notte. L'unico problema è che il compressore frigorifero della stanza sarà un po'suono la sera.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

La stanza è molto pulita e ordinata. Il cortile è molto grande. Il cortile è pieno di grandi melograni. Guardare i fruttuosi alberi di melograno fa sentire le persone felici e mi sento come se lavorassi nella hall la mattina molto tranquillo. Ho un programma fitto di appuntamenti. Altrimenti, voglio davvero restare qui più a lungo. Sono arrivato tardi, ma c'era ancora del cibo nel ristorante, il che era fantastico. Ci vogliono 6 minuti in auto per raggiungere il Museo dei Guerrieri e dei Cavalli di Terracotta, il che è molto comodo. Quando sono arrivato a Xi'an, ho scoperto che avevo dimenticato il mio cappotto. La signora mi ha aiutato a trovarlo e a spedirlo. Grazie mille!

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel a sorpresa nell'antica capitale Dotazioni: completo, loft duplex, soggiorno sotto, camera da letto sopra, cortile termale Ambiente: bella decorazione pastorale, alleva scoiattoli, pavoni, pecore e libellule , ci sono pochissime zanzare ed è del tutto accettabile accendere le zanzariere Servizio: ad esempio tè pomeridiano a buffet gratuito, snack gratuiti a tarda notte e souvenir alla partenza. Il maggiordomo Tian Tian ha risposto rapidamente e ha fornito un buon servizio. Altro: rispetto all'area urbana, il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto. L'ingresso della metropolitana è a 100 metri di distanza. Dopo aver visitato i Guerrieri di Terracotta, la Piscina Huaqing e la Canzone dell'Eterno Dolore, puoi andare ovunque un tuffo nelle sorgenti termali e addormentarsi comodamente È la prima scelta per le attività nelle vicinanze👍🏻👍🏻

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

La Primavera è molto soddisfacente, che si trova proprio fuori dalla stanza e può essere utilizzata in qualsiasi momento in hotel. La posizione è molto conveniente, a circa 10 minuti dall'uscita espressa. Il servizio non è male, potrebbe essere meglio se il minibar potesse avere più bevande, soprattutto alcol.
