Berkshire, Regno Unito: hotel pet friendly

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

The Staff of this Travel lodge are very helpful indeed. All go out of their way to help. When we arrived, Sanjay helped us with car parking and stored luggage for us while we sorted it out. We were given items we asked for when the cleaner forgot to leave them in our room. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location and is quiet at night.

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

Un bellissimo edificio e tantissimo per esplorare vicino. È molto vicino al centro di Windsor e a pochi minuti di auto dal Castello di Windsor. La struttura dell'hotel era un po' confusa in primo luogo perché la principale ricezione dell'hotel è un po' nascosta, ma abbastanza facile da trovare dopo uno o due tentativi! La stanza è ragionevolmente spaziosa per due e abbastanza pulita. Vorrei solo che ci fosse un frigo! Una delle nostre cortine cadde il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Eravamo usciti quando è successo e abbiamo trovato che cadde quando siamo tornati. Andammo al ricevimento per farli sapere (stava circa 1:00) e dissero di mandare qualcuno a guardare. Abbiamo aspettato nella nostra stanza fino alle 6:00, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione di nuovo, e nessuno è venuto; siamo andati a quella ricezione il giorno successivo per chiedere di nuovo, e ci è stato detto che la manutenzione era rimasta per la sera, ma che sarebbero stati inviati in camera la mattina dopo. La mattina dopo usciamo, tornammo e troviamo la cortina completamente rimossa!! Chiesemo la ricezione se qualcuno dovesse sostituire la cortina e basicamente dissero che non potevano risolverla in questo momento, e che potevano cambiarci in una camera da letto gemella (inizialmente eravamo in una camera doppia) che era molto, molto più piccola. Non mi aspettavo una situazione del genere da un hotel che non ha il servizio clienti. Abbiamo anche chiesto servizio in camera tutte e tre le notti e non una volta i nostri letti/duvet erano cambiati (avevamo una tintura di succo arancione in mezzo al nostro letto che era ancora lì ogni giorno). In generale, la posizione è grande e l'hotel è super estetico, ma non ci piaceva che dovessimo stare in una stanza meno cortina per 2 notti senza alcuna compensazione o alternativa (e doveva cacciarli per fare qualcosa anche sulla cortina caduta).

Very close to T5, using the hotel Hoppa bus is just a couple of minutes from the airport, room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an early morning flight

Very nice stay. Bed is soft and service is good. Just that room a little small. Must go eat breakfast early to avoid crowd.

We had two nights at the Hotel for our wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The first night we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. Breakfasts were also great. Many thanks to all the friendly staff that made our stay special. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return. 

Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

Mi piace molto questo hotel, molto caratteristico. Il colazione del ristorante è un punto unico di tariffazione, ma il pane blu e yogurt sono gratis.La stanza è gratis per due bicchieri di acqua ogni giorno, ma non è l'acqua minerale, ma anche l'acqua potabile locale ☺️. L'hotel è in una piccola città di Newberry, l'ambiente circostante è bello, molti villaggi britannici sono 🏡, e ho visto un buon movimento 💗.È quello di godere di un paesaggio rurale diverso da una città 😄

Posizione fantastica con molti punti ristoro e minimarket proprio al piano di sotto. Il pub della hall dell'hotel offre anche un cocktail gratuito. Arredamento alla moda che piace sia ai giovani che ai bambini.
