"The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice

"It was a lovely hotel with very nice staff. Room was spacious and well-furnished. They put us in a corner room, so we had windows on two walls with a lovely view. Unfortunately there isn’t much to see outside due to construction going on; might be finished now. Overall, would recommend it."

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

LLisaLa mia esperienza nel Castello nudo era spettacolare. Il personale era caldo e amichevole. Soprattutto Johnson, il più gentile ospite. Egli si accertava che il mio viaggio andasse bene e mi accoglieva con grande ospite. Nadia mi ha fatto divertire e piacere il soggiorno, mi ha incluso nelle attività, ha fatto un incredibile tour del castello, e il suo entusiasmo è un elemento indiscutibile dell'esperienza di questo resort.Le strutture sono immacolate, la pulizia e la soddisfazione degli utenti sono la priorità assoluta del Castello nudo e io sarò di nuovo in breve.

From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a special kind of energy in this place – calm, warm, grounding. The atmosphere helped me relax immediately. The guesthouse is cozy and full of character, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not a fan of big hotels, so this place was absolutely perfect for me.
As a lovely bonus, there’s an adorable dog on site who’s always up for playing – especially nice when you’re traveling solo. My room had a projector, so I could create my own little home cinema. I stayed on the top floor, and I highly recommend that room – it’s very spacious, more like an apartment, and it has a skylight so you can watch the stars at night ✨
There’s also food available on-site, and everything I had was truly delicious.
The only small thing I would suggest improving is the signage – the entrance wasn’t very intuitive. Even my taxi driver was a bit confused. At first, I accidentally walked into a basement area that looked a bit off and empty. Clearer signs or a small visible marker by the door would make arrival smoother – especially for first-time guests.
Still, this didn’t affect my overall experience.
I’ve visited many beautiful places before, but sometimes they just didn’t feel quite right. Here, I felt at peace from the very first moment. There’s something good about this place – something hard to explain, but easy to feel.
I traveled alone, but never felt lonely.

La piscina è davvero adatta per l'estate.C'è anche un piccolo cinema, tre film al giorno, abbiamo guardato due film notturni insieme. C'è un prato all'hotel, un animale domestico amichevole. Mi piace anche il suo salone. Il suo arredamento è caldo e ricco. Le sculture d'arte e la vegetazione verde sono molto.
Servizio: il personale è un giovane impegnato, molto entusiasta e attento. Quando arriviamo, ci saremo accolti al parcheggio e ci portiamo i bagagli. Ci portiamo tutti i frutti e le bevande per mettere nel frigorifero e mettere il numero della stanza, Quando il direttore ha chiesto al microcarrello o all'hotel di chiedere al camerino, lo spedisco immediatamente alla stanza.Il nostro direttore è un piccolo sorriso, un piccolo sorriso, e il servizio entusiasta è attento per tutto il processo! Alcuni panda dell'hotel sono anche molto felici. AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

UUtente ospiteLe parole non possono descrivere quanto la nostra permanenza era bella al Naked Stables Resort a Moganshan. Oltre alla bella posizione con la lussuosa verdura e la fauna selvatica, l'hotel e l'architettura della camera erano molto belli. La gamma di attività non si è mai conclusa con attività sufficienti per tutti: abbiamo fatto la cavalleria del recinto e la complimentare esperienza di rovesciamento del terreno, e sono stati inoltrabili. Le stazioni sono molto pulite e i formatori e il personale sono tutti molto amichevoli e conosciuti. C'è un programma di attività quotidiano che viene aggiornato ogni giorno e le opzioni di mangiare sono diverse e molto deliziose. Raccomanderò di controllare in anticipo il tempo per godere pienamente delle attività, ma in futuro sicuramente visiteremo questo bel resort.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è completamente basato sulla mia estetica e le strutture di servizio e i prezzi sono in linea. Anche se sono andato durante il periodo di punta, la capacità di accoglienza dell'hotel non mi ha fatto sentire affollato e ha comunque fatto un buon lavoro. Ci sono molte attività e anche il servizio di hosting è molto buono. Quando sono andato lì, i bambini hanno detto che non volevano andare perché non conoscevano tutti. Dopo un po' ero un po' preoccupato all'idea di andarci a lui e non ci avrebbe seguito. Alla fine della giornata, abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio di tiro con l'arco, calcio e nuoto. Ci sono anche varie attività interattive come l'artigianato del tè e l'aerobica divertente. È molto adatto per la fascia d'età di 5-9 anni. Se sei troppo giovane, non ti sentirai così indipendente. Se sei troppo vecchio, le attività ti sembreranno sicuramente infantili, ma per un 35enne. vecchio come me sento che l'età è giusta e sono super felice. Anche se il prezzo tutto compreso è un po' caro, non dovete pensare ad altre spese chiudendo gli occhi. Se scegliete un acquisto di gruppo in bassa stagione o nei giorni feriali, purtroppo è davvero un buon affare , le persone che spostano mattoni e malta possono venire solo durante il periodo di punta per unirsi al divertimento. La governante di Logan è molto affidabile. Risposta Il problema è stato tempestivo e puntuale. Non sono riuscito a salvare le foto il mio cellulare. Anche il ricordo degli orologi dei bambini era pieno di foto. Ho pensato a quanto fosse divertente questo posto. Lo scenario dominava un giardino da tè. The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean.
The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier.
Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had.
The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor.
There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp.
The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature.
One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭
I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.Abbiamo affittato la villa con 4 letti (il stile verde) per la celebrazione del nuovo anno con amici e quando arrivato alla posizione erano guidati alla villa; tuttavia, immediatamente scoprì che la villa non era stata pulita dopo i precedenti visitatori. Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale. Commento speciale su questa villa - non sembra buono all'interno e chiaramente richiede il rinnovo di decorazione.
Dopo alcune scoperte durante le procedure di pulizia, abbiamo infine insistito sul cambiamento della villa, poiché l'attuale era troppo sporco e la pulizia è andata estremamente lenta. Un'altra opzione è stata offerta abbastanza veloce e è stata una buona sostituzione - nuova decorazione, pulita e bella decorazione di stile Van Gogh (le immagini sono di questo), tuttavia, abbiamo perso un po' di tempo e invece di check-in alle 3:00, Abbiamo completato tutto solo circa le 4:00 (siamo arrivati circa le 2, quindi tutte le procedure ci hanno preso circa le 2 ore) e ci siamo offerti di ritardare il check-out fino alle 4:00 il giorno seguente per compensare la perdita di tempo.
