Stayed here with family while visiting Chessington theme park. The hotel is located in nice quite part with beautiful views. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Staff recognised my membership status and explained all benefits. The room had few stains but overall was comfortable. Note the place has no restaurant or anything at walking distance but few local places offer delivery. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit letdown for us 2 days in a row as the hash browns were cold and croissants not warm! Being vegetarian that were the options I went for as didn’t have much choice. Thankfully good coffee machine so had lovely cappuccino. I will however stay again more for the great staff and the location of the hotel.

Viviamo piuttosto localmente ma abbiamo deciso di rimanere qui, poiché mia figlia e i suoi amici erano nella casa di vino locale all'hotel, volevamo rendere la nostra ragazza un po' più speciale. Personale we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in frigo fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. Raccomanderò e rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.

The team here are so lovely and friendly! I was only staying for one night in Leatherhead for work and they really made so much effort to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I had a couple of presentations in the evening that I admitted to Joanna on reception I was quite nervous about and she wished me the best of luck and even checked in on how they went the next morning when I went down for breakfast. Her colleague Petia was also lovely and super helpful. I think it’s these small interactions that can make all the difference and I was impressed.

Great stay. Rooms are clean and simple. The staff in the morning were great so friendly and polite. Especially, the lady at the reception and the chef. Food was great. High quality food for a low price. Rooms are well presented and stocked. Only downside is there is no a/c or fresh air. But the staff more than made up for that. Thank you for a great stay.

L'hotel è stato gestito bene e il personale è stato eccellente. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione Imperial Wharf, una piccola stazione, ma offre una connessione al sistema di Tube e alla stazione di Clapham Junction per l'aeroporto di Gatwick. I due alberi possono essere un marchio più orientato al bilancio, ma la camera è di buona dimensione e è stata completata ad un alto standard con un comodo letto e una vasca da bagno ben attrezzata. C'è un supermercato Tesco e un caffè al contrario. Raccomando molto questo hotel.

Ho soggiornato qui per una breve sosta per il mio volo all'aeroporto di Gatwick. Il personale della reception era molto accogliente, il che è stato fantastico dopo aver trascorso molte ore in viaggio ed ero così stanco. È stato bello salutarmi calorosamente dopo un viaggio noioso. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole e tutto sembrava pulito. La cucina e l'area bar erano aperte molto tardi, cosa che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso! Stavo morendo di fame e sono arrivato intorno alle 23:00, ma sono riuscito a prendere una pizza fresca che era deliziosa! Il mio unico ”contro” era che il bagnoschiuma nel dispenser non sembrava ”giusto”... puzzava e sembrava disinfettante per le mani. Ma avevo i miei articoli da toeletta quindi andava bene

특별히 나무랄데 없이 괜찮은 호텔이다. 그러나, 와이파이를 30분만 제공하고 필요하면 돈 GBP3 을 내고 사라고 하니 아무리 적은 돈이라고 하지만 기분이 나쁘다. 차라리 그 돈을 호텔비에 미리 포함시키고 와이파이를 무제한으로 제공하는 그런 전략을 사용하면 회사에도 손님에게도 모두 좋을 것 같다. 와이파이 때문에 기분이 썩 좋지 못한 호텔이라는 생각이다. 다만, 그곳 식당에서 일하는 ANA 라는 여자직원의 음식솜씨가 아주 뛰어나고 친절하기도 하여 칭찬을 하고 싶다.

Ho soggiornato in hotel per una notte, l'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria locale di Epsom, a 3 minuti a piedi, il che è molto comodo. Ci sono cibo, bevande e supermercati vicino alla stazione ferroviaria! La stanza è un po' piccola, la colazione è buona e anche il personale della reception è molto gentile, ma il bagno non è ventilato e ha uno strano odore! Inoltre, l'effetto di isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono e le persone al piano di sopra sono molto rumorose! Prestazioni di costo complessive: alte!
