"The hotel has a very nice location very close to the sea and it is very convenient to reach the nearby Biarritz center by bus. It also features a big and well equipped gym. Unfortunately, there are also downsides. In particular, house keeping leaves a great mess in the hotel aisles during the day. Used towels, dishes and cutlery are left there for many hours, and get even stored on the armchairs in waiting corners. The hotel is also not well prepared for visitors from foreign countries. Hotel announcements are printed in French language solely, and the restaurant does not offer an English translation for its daily menus. There would be more to say; in conclusion it could be a very nice place if managed with more care."

"Benvenuti, comodi letti e cuscini e doccia eccellente. La stanza era pronta al 11.30am quando siamo arrivati. Buona scelta al colazione - abbiamo pagato €12,80 ogni giorno, che era buono valore per la selezione. Il punto di svolta è stato la riparazione, che non ci è stata raccontata in anticipo, non ci ha disturbato il sonno, ma c'era il rumore da forare, eccetera, e il pavimento non era stabile. Il tetto della camera era anche di colore e bianco che si sentono strani quando si trovava a letto! Anche le strade erano fuori dall'hotel per finire il 18 aprile. Questo hotel è a distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo camminato, che ci hanno preso 45 minuti a La Grande Plage e 1 ora a Plage de la Chambre d'Amour. Abbiamo un autobus indietro, la linea 3 vi gode fuori dall'hotel (stop di Lavigne) e la linea 11 (stop di 7 Puits) è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Dall'aeroporto, catturare il bus della linea 3, le mappe di Google mostrano che si può camminare (20 minuti) ma non abbiamo visto alcun pavimento e è una strada occupata. Uber è disponibile a Biarritz ma è molto costoso. Amiamo Biarritz, è molto simile a Newquay. Si consiglia di visitare la spiaggia Camera d'Amour, ci sono molti bar/restauranti con una viva surf."

"The hotel does not match its credentials, despite its appearance. Scrap the surface, and you realise how modest the services are, from the restaurant (very, very disappointing and excessively expensive) to the cleanliness of the room. The atmosphere is cosy but quite inauthentic. Amenities are limited, and the gym is disappointing. Staff are unable to speak any language other than French. The establishment benefits from geographical positioning (e.g., the lake and proximity to Biarritz) and unashamedly capitalises on that. Our restaurant experience has been the lowest point: food reminded of what is served in business class, overcooked and undercooked, cold, and unsavoury. Average price for plate is 50 Euros."

"Perfect location for a stopover on way to Portugal. Room was clean and comfy bed. Good nights sleep. Breakfast was nice and early so could get an early start. Breakfast was good for the price. Would recommend to friends/family"

"Le camere sono più grandi di altre aree della nostra tour francese e sono ben dotate di 2 letti, 2 sedie e un tavolo insieme a uno specchio grande. La doccia era sopra il bagno che sembra essere la norma per molti hotel in Francia. Molta luce nella stanza e wi fi era ok con molte biancheria che erano benvenuti. Le scelte per la colazione erano ok, ma molto pochi piatti caldi. Il bacon era asciutto e le uova scramblevano molto acquatiche."
