We tagged our room "melting room" since the walls and even the door was sweating because of seeming defective AC system. Molds were visible at some corners and nooks. They conduct regular housekeeping even without our request. We stayed there for 3 overnights. They provided extra towels when they cleaned our room. But the sand from our every day trip to the beach couldn't be all swept away.

Please observe sanitation esp. in the area where you serve your food/ breakfast. I've experienced seeing a little cockroach on the cereal bar area and also kindly improve on your breakfast offering. Thank you. :)

Everything went well from the check-in till we left the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and generally accommodating. The location was perfect for this trip because it was partly work as well which required to go to Kalye Artisano. The hotels sustainability efforts were evident and commendable, although I would've appreciated bigger trash bins inside the room. Breakfast food was ok, variety not so good, enough to fill stomach before you head off to your day's activity. The pool was nice, and the celebrity room was aesthetically pleasing, smelled good, and very comfortable and relaxing, The other rooms we had was equally relaxing and exceptionally clean. The water dispensers were placed strategically, and cable channels available, although the wifi on the 2nd floor where the suite is was frustratingly weak. Having said all those, I would stay again when in El Nido, and would recommend to friends and family.

good location perfect for couple

El hotel puede ser todo lo bonito por fuera que quieras pero ojo, el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitacion chorreaba agua inundando gran parte del suelo y mojando equipajes. Tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitacion porque el Aire Acondicionado en la primera no enfriaba. El agua de la piscina no la tratan, con lo que sales lleno de picores por el cuerpo despues del bano. No encontraban nuestra reserva al llegar, y nos tuvieron esperando muchisimo tiempo. El desayuno, dudo que de costo sea superior a 1 dolar, es de verguenza por el precio que cobran. La puerta de la habitacion no cerraba correctamente. Las llaves electronicas se desconfiguraban cada vez que saliamos de la habitacion. En definitiva un desastre, despues de pagar en temporada baja a mas de 100EUR la noche, es un autentico robo y sin duda no volveremos a alojarnos alli y no se lo recomendamos a nadie. Solo agradecer a una mujer en recepcion, que fue todo lo correcta que pudo con nosotros, sabiendo por todos los problemas que pasamos durante 4 noches seguidas.

Очень уютный зелёный отель. До аэропорта 10 минут) Пляж Лио- тихое, можно сказать приватные место, без толп отдыхающих и тусовочных мест (за этим в ЭльНидо, ЛасКабанос и пр., куда легко добраться на трицикле). Пляж очень длинный и чистый.

Hermoso hotel, casi sobre la playa. Cerca del aeropuerto. En un barrio muy lindo (LÍO) Creo que podrían mejorar los servicios complementarios

Это откровенный рай на земле ! Номера чистые все работает и вокруг все как из шикарной сказки . Отель небольшой и это даже очень круто . Вокруг шикарные рестораны и кафе ,а сам пляж не оставит равнодушным никого . + в гостинице с 4 до 5 дают бесплатно очень вкусное мороженное !)

Отель неплохой за свои деньги. Расположен почти на пляже. Пляж очень понравился, даже больше чем накпан. Примерно такой же, но народу меньше. Завтрак слабенький, ребенку вообще нечего есть. Овощей свежих нет. Ещё плохая шумоизоляция, в коридоре люди говорят, все слышно. И ещё косяк с балконом. У нас не было на нем не кресел, ни сушки для купальников. Нафиг он вообще тогда нужен?
