Location- Superb Gym - Excellent Front of House - Very poor. Didn't reflect the W service that we experienced in other countries. No smile, didn't look like she wanted to work there (Christina) , didn't brief us about what came with our reservation, ie breakfast and where to go for it. Asked for late check out at 2pm , which was granted. Thank you, however at 1.40pm , they sent someone at our door to make sure we leave the room ! Horrible and embarrassing. The deposit that they took during check in from our CC hasn't been refunded yet! Good beakfast which was from ala carte and it was the only good service we had here... thank you Ryan for the tips on Dean Village, We went there and it was beautiful. Overall -:For the money that we spent, this stay was a let down. I will not stay here again.

Great view，great breakfast. The room was large and spacious and very new. The location is very favorable.

None of us was satisfied with the staff called Camile. The manager was nice. The supervisor was nice. The other staff especially like Camile was like a newbie that likes to throw his attitude to guests. Honestly we felt like ****** and disappointed as W hotel should come with 5 star service. The facilities are good but I wouldn’t even consider W hotels in other cities. Lots of luxury brand of hotels to choose, why W 😵💫

Location is very good ,the breakfast is very nice ,Room size is good , lobby people are very helpful and friendly . my room have some problems The staff very fast to help

Really comfortable bed! The cocktails were delicious, the view was amazing and you could see all the landmarks of Edinburgh

Staff are nice but housekeeping and service are poor, and feels like they allocate unpreferred room when booking is thru agents. I will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider booking thru agents. Thanks

I had an amazing stay at The W Edinburgh. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, and the dining experience was superb. Highly recommend!

酒店整體帶給我的體驗和感受都是令人意外的。首先位置很好，出門就是王子街，步行到車站衹需要五分鐘，旁邊是商場往前一個街口就可以到M&S，去很多景點都方便。其次各方面的服務都很到位，房間佈置是我個人很喜歡的類型，精緻乾淨。希望可以繼續保持，之後再回到愛丁堡還會選擇入住W。

入住當天因為生日的關係，前台給升級了房型，每位工作人員都很熱情。酒店很新，走道上還有一些裝修的氣味，整體入住感挺不錯的。酒店有提供牙刷、拖鞋等

可以説是在英國住的最舒服的酒店之一。8月的愛丁堡，隨便一個稍好的酒店都要3k+，W這個價位其實反而很良心了，從另一個垃圾酒店臨時換過來，整個人都舒暢了。床品舒服，備品齊全，還送兩瓶歡迎雞尾酒。位置很好，去火車站和車站、主要景點都很近，樓下就有大購物中心。房間陽台就能看到海，360度露台觀景也很好，都不用去爬卡爾頓山了。推薦！！不過酒吧的雞尾酒調得一般

地址位置太棒了，到哪裡都方便；獨特的設計成為地標，尤其是12樓的露台，太讚了，還很幸運看見彩虹。美中不足的是，居然沒有開夜床服務。不知是這邊酒店都這樣還是怎麼，其他都很好。
