like this hotel big and clean …..location very good out of hotel got many restaurant .Only dont have room service at night time

The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.

住的是套房，在新加坡應該不算小了，和4000多的房價還是有些許差距吧～畢竟不含早餐，當然迷你吧是免費了，服務不算及時，也沒有小朋友的拖鞋，好在工作人員還算熱情友好👍泳池不大，但能滿足需求，勝在位置優越，到環球影城、水上樂園和海洋館都步行5分鐘可達，捷運站更是近距離。總的來説，雖然送了水上樂園的門票，但是如果含早餐，入住體驗會更好！

酒店設施很好，房間很滿意，非常愉快的一次入住。地理位置方便，去海洋館和環球影城都很方便，樓下就是名勝廣場。特別感謝sophia，入住期間熱情友善專業的服務，為我們提供了很多幫助。

房間很老，房間門縫很大，走道的燈光透過房間門縫影響睡眠。前台服務早晚班，有的服務挺好，有的服務很一般，很冷漠，四千多的房間很沒有性價比，感覺跟國內的快捷酒店差不多。房間迷你吧上都是灰塵……小冰箱聲音很響，總之不推薦。

酒店設施很好，床也舒服。樓下就是名勝廣場，去海洋館和環球影城都很方便，吃的也方便，有華人餐廳，前台有華語接待，入住無壓力。

Superb hotel. Best 5 star hotel i've stayed in SG. Love the space, bathroom and bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The toiletries are of high quality. Very well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at Crockfords Tower in Rws. Its a beautiful hotel. The rooms are big spacious and come with a excellent view. Robin at reception is very helpful. always ready to help with a friendly smile I will definitely come back to this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The stuff is very helpful , especially Robin Singh. I had a few difficulties around this place and he helped me with it.So i'm really thankfully for that. Even the the concierge staff is very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Amazing! Thandar is a very kind person helping us a lot. The whole hotel staff is understanding and considerate. It’s definitely worth the trying. And this is why I would recommend visitors going to here for staying. If I come back to Singapore, I would choose this hotel.

Celebrated my son's bday at Crockfords suite. Butler Chua was our personal butler and I would say our stay was made perfect with his attentive service. Actually our stay was not very smooth to begin with as my daughter fell ill but butler Chua made us felt at home and at ease even with all our requests, questions and arrangements. Definitely 2 thumbs up for the great service and attentiveness. The butler team was very nice to write a card and gave us easter bunnies choc for the kids to enjoy! Hope to be back!
